Such a terribly designed drive through. I dont know who or how it was approved. Basically you have to enter the parking lot, avoid anyone trying to exit the narrow parking lot. Go around the building, make a left, pick up your drink, then make another left and you are now in the parking lot which the only way to exit the parking lot is by making a left. Then a right and now you can exit back onto the street. Does that sound confusing for a drive through? It is. However if youre the kind of Olympic athelete who can afford to park and walk 10 feet to get a drink, good luck on not getting hit.

Fantastic staff. Im glad Starbucks opened a location here in Palatine. The one located at the Palatine Train Station is not convenient to get to. Come to this location instead. There is plenty of parking and the drive through is very well laid out and super fast.

This is a airly new Starbucks blocks from my house. Love, love, love it. Friendly, efficient staff. Large and comfy inside. But . . . The logistics is very poor. Parking and drive thru is a hassle. Limited parking. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Palatine needed a Starbucks on Northwest Highway and while the parking lot and drive through are not easy to navigate, we finally have one. Its comfortable, spacious and cozy. The staff are super nice and friendly.

Tara, Malinda, Robert and Pachicina are fantastic. The best 4:30 am crew to great you that early in the morning. Great store and loving the drive thru that close to my home and work at Buehler YMCA.
