I have been going to this Starbucks for years but today was the last time! I went through the drive through and this lady named Lori was so rude to me! He was waving her hand and rolling her neck and eyes! I could not believe what I was seeing!! I was shocked to know that Starbucks had hired someone as rude as she was. I asked to speak to the manger and was informed she was on vacation! I will not stop until I speak to her manager and something is done. Its my money thats supplying her paycheck every month.

Sunday 6:30am. Staff looked like they had a fun Saturday night making for a hard i-dont-want-to-get-out-of-bed Sunday morning. The outside sitting is plentiful and looked enjoyable but the weather kept me inside. There are plenty of uncomfortable seats inside. I like my Sunday morning with a nice place to reflect, stick in a couple of couches and this Starbucks would be quiet pleasant.

The people who was working was very loud and playful. It seem like some big kids(they are about 40+ Yeats old) was working there and why i was standing in line waiting on my drink they was talking about the people inside the drive thru calling them big head a** punks .I will never use this star bucks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, my coffee was always perfect. Thank you for being a part of my mornings and mid afternoons Monday thru Saturday for the past 6 months. No matter what day I was having I got over it after visiting you guys. Thank you for everything you did to make my days complete.

Super quick service. Best white chocolate mocha frappe Ive had. Friendly staff! The service here is the best in mobile. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The store is always super clean and menu items are always on point.

Im very glad they clarified their stance on Isreal. From their website it says they are not against Israel. They just pulled their business from Israel because they were not making very good profit in that region.

My review has nothing to do with their staff that ate always competent and friendly. But this is my least favorite Starbucks in town. Always too busy. And hard to get in and out.

I do not like Starbucks. The coffee tastes burnt unless you cover it with tons of sugar and cream. Just go to McDonalds and get a $1 coffee. Feed the poor with the other $5.

Slowest Starbucks ever!!!!! 5 cars in line and it took us 20 minutes to get to the window. The "hot" wasnt hot and it tasted horrible.
