Ordered a large supreme pizza and alfredo pasta at 4:55, time said it would be here around 5:30. Apparently drivers only call and dont even bother ringing door bells anymore because I wasnt able to answer my phone yet never heard my doorbell ring letting me know the food was here. Called at 6:07 spoke to the manager Shawn which was very rude and he said he would redo the order and not charge delivery but only after yelling at me basically telling me it was my fault for not answering. He said it would be here in 30 minutes. Im thinking ok it should be here around 6:40, NOPE 7:05 I call again and he says it should be there in 5 to 10 minutes. Keep in mind I live 10 minutes away so why the hell is it taking so long! I was fed up so I ordered from another pizza place and it got here first! The reason it got here first was because THE MANAGER NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN!! The service only gets worse at this place every day! Worst management Ive ever dealt with. Really hope this place closes!

I try not to dine in rather order out or pick up last time I dined in that skinny waitress acted like she had a attitude problem not only did she walk past us a couple of times "10" but when did take our order she was very cold in asking us what we wanted sounded almost like the "terminator" didnt even bring our drinks at least while we waited for the Damn! 45 min pizza but other people she did serve brought drinks and they already had their dishes. Asking for a refill when we had our food was like asking her too much! Had a OMG! Look n rolled her eyes pissed off look walked away n took almost 10min for a Damn! Refill! Seriously?! To any who go there pizza hut is still the best pizza just need to choose better customer friendly personel!.

My wife ordered pizza to be delivered on Sunday March 19, order was taken and they said it will be at home in 45 min. So we waited 45 min...50...60...and my wife called back to see what was going on, someone told her it was on its way, AFTER ONE HOUR!!, Then I called to speak to the manager, Paul (managers name) DID NOT even apologize for the inconvinience, he actually argue with me about it, he did not offer me something extra for being late, he did not care about his restaurants fault nor his incompetent way to handle a complaint...after 70 min. the order never arrived, obviously PAUL DID NOT CARE ABOUT A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT, and very probably the whole company DOES NOT CARE. iT DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

Three stars just because the server picked up the fumble in the kitchen. The server was awesome but cant say the same for the food. The cooks dropped the ball on this order. The cheese sticks were burnt no butter or seasoning dry. The pizza was a big box special not made as it should have been per the specs no rectangular guide used as u can clearly see it was sauced free hand which gave me unsauced edges and all the toppings were in just the center if this rectangular pizza not a good pizza. Sad cause I love Pizza hut altho not tonight. They need to really work on training the cooks how to sauce and chz a pizza. I know what it is to save on chz but not like this its obvious.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of wings at 5:44 pm online. Recieved via email confirmation that my order would arrive at 6:15 pm. At 6:48 I call to cancel my order after finding out the driver JUST left... at 6:48pm. Listen if you list when an order will arrive, it should then arrive on time! (5 minutes prior or 5 minutes late is acceptable as well) This is complete and utter bullshit. I dont understand how this "restaurant" is still in business! I just wish I would have seen the horrid reviews BEFORE wasting my time on this disgusting establisment.

This Pizza Hut sucks. I just went tonight because I wanted pizza. The last two times I went the service was slow but I decided to give it another shot. Worst decision ever. I had to wait at least 5 minutes until someone seated me. Then after seating they gave us paper menus. My husband and I decided quickly what we wanted to order so we just waited til someone came....and waited...and waited...and waited. After fifteen minutes no one came to our table to even take our drink order. Never going there again.

Do not order from this store! I placed an order for delivery at 6:20 PM. Called at 8 PM to check on my order and have been placed on hold 3 different times by 3 different employees that dont seem to have any customer service skills whatsoever. Last employee who answered sounded irritated that I am upset that we are now waiting 2 hours for our order and also giving me a hard time about canceling my order! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never eat or order from Pizza Hut again !

I had place an order one day online and one I hit submit, it told me appeox 3hrs for delivery! So I called them right away to cancel . It took 3 days for my refund. So thinking today a regular Sunday 3pm maybe 45-60 min...nope placed order at 326p and it is now 458p and stil.no pizza. I called 10 minutes ago to check up on my order and said delivery would be here anyminute.... just got our pizza and it was COLD !! Had to rewarm it up. NEVER AGAIN! !

At 940pm, I called ahead to verify their hours. The gentleman said theyre open until midnight. My mistake of passing up all the Latin food on Cermak because when we got there at 10pm, we waited to be seated and the manager said they only have 2 tables left to service and they are only taking orders to go now...really? I explained that I just called and they said you guys are open till midnight. I wont waste my time again

Ordered pizza from here for the first time to see how the pizza tasted. Pizza arrived cold, hard and greasy. I ordered it hand-tossed thinking it would be better but i was wrong. I usually order from Dominos and hand-tossed since the bread always comes out soft when I order it like that. Very disappointed. Going back to Dominos Pizza

Ordered a pizza at 5:19 its 8 pm still hasnt showed up, tried calling to check on my order and the phone keeps getting picked up and then hangs up. Clearly this place is operated by some incompetent lazy fools. Dont bother with them clearly the standard and customer satisfaction is lost on these high school dropouts.

this place is terrible wish I could put zero stars.. ordered my pizza at 7 didnt recieve it till 9 call the joint and the stupid manager didnt even answer.. all the phone clerk said is my manager cant do anything till its 15 minutes more late... hate this place so much the should hire better people...
