To whom it may concern: I placed my order online May 13, 2016 at 7:37pm at the store located at 4237 W 167th Street in Markham IL. I called at 8:15 pm and the consultant was rude and said the order just left the store. So I waited and waited and called back at 8:42 pm and then was told that the drivers windshield wipers broke and if I still wanted my order they would have to remake my order and send it by another driver. Then I was told to hang on in a rude tone. This store is less than 5 minutes away from the US Xpress terminal. As a truck driver we sometime cant aquire a homemade meal so we have to rely on the convienence of establisments such as yours to take the place. And when we have driven 10-11 hours a day, all we want to do is eat and relax and not wait over an hour on a pizza! This is unacceptable! I am requesting a full refund of my purchase which was told to the manager on duty due to the unprofessional nature of the way my order and situation was handled!

Needs to be shut down. Worst customer experience ever. Placed order, never got it. Call the next day and get Placed on hold then told to call back later. Call later, told "well we didnt have a driver that late", after I had gotten a confirmation email and time. No apology, at all. Said that it wont be charged, say thanks but to ask why i wasnt contacted that night when the mistake happened. Hung up on. This location is not worth it. Unprofessional, incompetent. Will not atone for mistakes, and you will be miserable.

Rude customer service, claims she was the manger. Horrible. I live 5 mins away from Pizza Hut literally. Everyone in my house hold order pizza or wings from different places like dominos, and beggars and I was the first to place an order and still havent received it. Been two hours since I placed it. I will never order from this place again, dominos and beggars arent close to my house then Pizza Hut but I will never order from this Pizza Hut in country club hills ever! HORRIBLE.

Ordered pizza, driver drank soda in car prior to delivery.When my order was delivered the driver gave me the opened used soda with my order!!!(the driver said it was an accident and the soda was not contaminated, , really) I was given a credit and the soda was replaced but who does this !!!??? Disgusted, will never order from here again and may not be able to eat PizzaHut ever!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I never complain in restaurants unless is needed like today, I placed my delivery order at 7:00pm its now 9:50pm and pizza delivery girl just called and said shes out side my house????? It took 3 hours seriously? I know its not her fault but this is ridiculous.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. From the manager to the employees so rude and disrespectful and talk to ppl so badly. I called in for my order and got the opposite and ended up having and horrible allergic reaction only thing the manager does is curse and hang up on people.

Take to long to get my pizza 1hr and 30min at 8pm it cant be busy I ues to work at pizza hut so I know how it go and to top it pizza was Cold and my breadsticks did not have no sauce and no sauce for my cheese sticks never aging will I get good here bad $28 I pay

Call in an order at 5:45 pizza arrived at 8:37 driver was drunk and smelled like weed half of our order was wrong and pizza had a dead roach on it, called the store to complain and manager laughed and hung up this place needs to be shut down....

Horrible service. This is only a last option place. They will deliver your food 3 hours later with no shame. Cold, hard food. They will not help you out either. They will simply say they dont care.
