I had a $50.00 gift card because of the terrible service we received back in January. They had some beer on tap I wanted, so we thought we would give them another shot.. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes waiting to get served, ( NOTE: there were maybe 12 customers in the whole place, with only 2 other people at the bar, besides us ). I finally went to the hostess station asking if someone could help us. I think he was a manager who got behind the bar & proceeded to get our 2 flights & he gave us wrong beers that we did not order. We also ordered the calamari & pretzels. After 20 minutes we got the calamari with no pretzels. I went back to the hostess station again. Because by this time our glasses were empty & of course there was nobody to found at the bar. The person, at the hostess station told me he was in training. I again explained to him our issues. He went back to the kitchen & never came back out. I put my gift card on the bar & the waitress apologized as she proceeded to tell me I had $17.00 left on my gift card. Worst service ever anywhere. You are in Naperville, one of the top 10 towns in the nation. I will not visit this establishment again, I will go the Oakbrook one. Follow up: UPDATE : We went back in there Saturday. The manager remembered me from the visit i reviewed above. He talked with us for at least 15 minutes. He understood the issues we had & genuinely seemed to understood our frustration. I am hoping they see their issues & work from there.

The previous posters have been right on the mark....ridiculously overpriced and poor service and the staff are unfamiliar with beer. Being a beer geek, I expect full pint pours if Im paying $6 or &7 a beer, with the exception maybe for some high ABV beers. Most beers here are served in 8-10 oz glasses (I didnt even get a complete fill in those) except for the macros. And with World of Beer a few doors down pouring full pints, as well as numerous craft breweries in the area doing the same, dont waste your money at this place. The two positives I will mention was my veggie burger was very good (seemingly hand made) and the selection of beers is impressive. Use your 20% coupon and dont go back.

Very nice appearance & fabulous outdoor seating. Very over priced both food & beverages. No wine selection at all. I get it...its a beer place but surprise we dont all like beer. "Pour me a glass of wine pour house The food menu is small and its nothing but bar food at its finest. I had a bacon burger that set me back $16! And it was below average.....if you enjoy beer, stouts, & Ales which are very "in" now youll have a great time tasting . To be honest your better off picking up a mixed 6pack at Binnys and hit a portillos drive through for much better food selection and reasonable prices.

The food is very mediocre bar food. Not *bad* but not worth the money or time. The service is awful. Granted, weve only been here twice. The first awful visit was hurt by inattentive service that we chalked up to it being the first week open. We returned about 6 months later, and were similarly ignored on certain requests (drink refills! so basic!!), and the food, again, was just meh. All that said, I think most people are here for outdoor/patio dining. Thats not my thing, and maybe only the GOOD servers wait on outdoor patrons? I wont go back.

A really nice atmosphere with good food and over 96 beers on tap. The part that pleased me was not just that they had so many but the fact that their beer menu was simple and concise without having to pack too much information on one page as many places have a tendency to do. Their pitas that come with their hummus are home made and delicious (along with the rest of their food, the home made part pleasantly caught me by surprise though). Also, on the patio the have outdoor heating lamps to prolong our ability to enjoy eating out doors.

This could have been a great dining experience. The food was clearly good quality but the service was terrible. We went for the first time tonight. Took a full 15 minutes after being seated for our waitress to show up. No apology. Burgers were nearly rare after being requested medium. Burgers werent allowed to rest, buns were soaked. Waitress showed up nearly a half an hour after we were served to see how food was. Really, really poor service for a Naperville restaurant. Surprised- in a bad way.

Phenomenal beer selection, but way overpriced. Had two flights (each one is four 6-ounce pours) and got the bill - $50!!!. I realize some of these were "limited" and its on me for not paying closer attention to the costs, but dang!. Wont be coming here again. Go to World of Beer right next store. Just as good of a selection without the feeling of being robbed.

Great variety of beers available especially on the limited supply specials menu. I enjoyed the reasonably priced 6oz beer tasters so that I could try a couple during our meal. The pretzel bites with gouda dip was a perfect starter. The portobello burger was tasty and the sweet vinaigrette dressing on the house salad was good. Great dining experience overall.

The food was good but the service was very bad. Server was polite but took forever to get a beer sample, the salad and entrees dropped at almost the same time, the dessert came messed up and the bartender was less than attentive. I normally give restaurants three chances but not sure Im going back to this one.

First time there and i thought everything was really good. I had dales pale ale and the veggie burger others had smokehouse burger, shrimp tacos, chicken ceasar wrap. We sampled the cheese curds and fried pickles. Everyone was satisfied and the portions are a nice size. Our server was Irma and she was AWESOME !

Would need another visit or two once they are more established with this location being so new. Was hoping for a more comfortable vibe but tons of beers available and the food and service seemed good. Another good visit or two with a deeper dive into the menu might bump this rating up.

Good food, plenty of beers to choose from. Small menu but I could find something I wanted. Was empty during weekday lunch. Service ok, they didnt screw up my order but another in my party had to wait. They did comp his meal, but it did turn into a 1.5 hr lunch period. I would try again.

Had a late dinner with my husband and was glad this place was open until midnight on a Sunday. Most restaurants around the area closed by 10pm. We ate outside and was delighted to sit by the fireplace as it was a bit chilly that night. Great atmosphere and the food were not bad.

Great atmosphere, lots of outdoor seating with tvs to watch the game, and really good food. I had the short rib which was amazing. I definitely recommend it. If youre into beer they have the most on tap beers of anywhere I know. Check this place out you wont be disappointed.
