We were on the way home and decided to stop at an Outback along the way for the steak and crab legs special they had been promoting. It was 2pm on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was empty, we were the only table being served. The server was very good. The food was just o.k. Both my sons steak and mine were tough. They server was very accommodating and took the steaks back to have them redone. The second set was better than the first, but still not the quality we have grown used to at our local Outback. On the good side my husband ordered the same and his steak was fine. We had dessert and they were both fine.

my wife and i go to outback for dinner at twice a month. i am outraged that a coke is $2.99. we no longer order soft drinks , we just order water a and save $6 thats the best deal ever if they lowered the price to $2 we might order soft drinks again i guess we are better off in the long run. my advise to future customers is ORDER WATER DONT SPEND $6.......... ALSO MY ADVISE TO OUTBACK IS LOWER THE PRICE... YOU WILL MAKE MORE $$ IN THE LONG RUN

Went there Sunday June 5th. There was a party on one side of restaurant. We were seated on the other side that had only one other table of patrons. The hostess sat us promptly however no one ever came over or even said theyd be with us shortly. After 15 minutes of being ignored we left. As we walked past the hostess station she was talking with 2 other employees. They never asked why we were leaving or even acknowledged us. Will not be going back.

Last Saturday went out for dinner. The only good thing was the waitress. .started out with the blooming onion half was over cooked and oily. Bread and butter. .the butter was half filled and hard..salad ordered .. hardly any dressing requested more on the side..prime rib..chewy no taste at all. .sweet potato. .small and not enough flavor..awful experience. .never going back.

Great place to go if you want to be poisoned,went there the night before my mothers wake, only thing I ate all day, while paying bill started to feel ill, spent all night with extreme vomiting and next day had to be taken half way through the wake by ambulance to emergency room and barely made moms funeral. After over $5000.00 in medical bills they offered me two free meals!

Place the order on line fairly quickly. Pick up my food right on time. Problem was they packed the wrong order with my receipt. When I call restaurant Ive got put on hold for 10 minutes and then manager apologized and ask if I can drive back and pick up my order. Not going to happen. Probably my last order from Outback. Its second screw up order from them.

Service was spotty. The restaurant wasnt even busy yet someone different brought us our appetizers and entrees. There was a discrepancy with the appetizers and the entrees seemed like they had been sitting for a while (my burger was not juicy at all and the cheese hadnt even begun melting). Overall ok, this 3 stars.

Food was amazing and so was our server. My boyfriend sometimes hates going out with me because im a sever so I have a bit of a higher standard. But our server was so sweet and quick and knowledgeable, he tipped her extra just because i was so happy when we left, and the food was great like always.

Wow. Outback has really gone downhill! Very bland (I never thought Id say that about Outback). Theyve dummied down the bold flavors they used to have. Ugh. I actually had to salt my steak, the bloomin onion was undercooked and the ranch dressing was milk. Ill have to go elsewhere. So disappointed.

Dont get me wrong they have pretty good steak and burgers but it took our waitress 15 to 20 minutes to get a box and the check, one of the fastest things to grab. She also walked past us 2 times while we were waiting and was no where to be found for about 10 minutes.

Brought my three and their friend over for dinner. The waitress was very prompt and attentive. My steak was cooked the way I wanted it but wasnt as flavorful as I would have liked. Maybe needs a little bit more seasoning. Overall, a good visit. Would recommend.

Great food, I could probably find things to complain about but I havent got the time. Ill visit about once a week. Ive tried almost everything from the wings, the burgers, grilled chicken, to a ribeye. The pricing is at or below comparable restaurants.

this store has the worst manager ive ever experienced. he refused food service for a reason he guessed and it was nothing to do with the dining in the restaurant. were working with our lawyer to resolve the issue.
