TERRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP. HOPE YOU DONT SPLIT A PLATE. I am writing this review for my parents that had a terrible experience here. First of all they had the displeasure to be served by the "owner" unfortunately I forgot the name that they told me. So I shall refer to her as "owner" my mom came here one with a friend and enjoyed it so she wanted to bring my dad for his birthday, a decision she will soon regret. Everywhere they go for breakfast they usually split a meal between the 2 of them. Some places charge $1 for just the extra plate some dont. This one happens to be the one that does. Once their food arrives they asked for salsa "chile" because they like their food to be spicy. This place charges another $1 for the salsa because it has jalapenos in it and the meal they ordered has jalapenos too. Who does that? They got the salsa anyway. I wouldnt have. Anyway they are eating their food and asked for more coffee. This "owner" tells them that they dont normally give this much coffee to people that split. Let nee be clear they did not split the cost of one coffee. They each paid for a coffee and there are free refills on coffee. At this time she also asked my parents where they were from. My parents tell her my family is from Mexico. This lady has the audacity to say "thats weird normally the Mexicans that come here love to eat they order allot and eat allot they love our food." My parents were stunned. Just because they are Mexicans doesnt mean they have to be profiled and told they arent like the other Mexicans that go eat there. Let me reiterate this is the OWNER. What kind of owner says that. Never ever ever ever ever ever will I darken the door of this establishment. I guess they only value the customers that intend on spending and eating allot. I wish I could give them no stars. Terrible service.

The foods not bad, I had the chicken fajita wrap with Poblano soup. The chicken fajita tasted fresh, with fresh vegetables. The server was very nice, but the service was incredibly slow for our party of 9 at 11:45am (no other tables in the restaurant). One of the party members burgers was completely forgotten by the kitchen. Tl;Dr Dont go if youre in a rush on lunch hour.

Andres is definitely a good spot for breakfast or lunch. The food is always very fresh and the portion sizes are large. They dont skimp here on anything including the best ingredients. The staff is very friendly and well attentive. My husband and I bring the kids here without any problem for lunch and Sunday brunch. Its always a treat!

Their breakfast crepes are amazing. The crepe itself is thin and tender yet manages to hold together in spite of being stuffed with fresh, tasty ingredients. One time and you are hooked. There is a wide range of selections on the menu if crepes arent your thing. And its always nice to be welcomed upon arrival by Alejandra.

Our order was taken and we didnt see the waitress again for 40 mins. I can only assume she was taken by a black hole. When ask how much longer for the food, another waitress said shed ask our waitress. She too must have entered the abyss, as we never saw her again.

Always pleased with food and service. Love sitting by the river with cool breezes. Prices are MUCH more reasonable than other local restaurants. Try the poblano soup! Delicious!
