After a bad first experience at the other location, I gave this one a try and Im glad I did. Burrito was do much better, and didnt completely fall apart like the other one. Great alternative to La Bambas (which I love) at a more convenient location. Employees have been very nice both times Ive been, even though once was right when they opened, and the other was shortly before they closed. I was unaware it was 15 minutes before they closed, and I felt bad being "that guy", but they assured me I was fine. The only reason Im taking a star off, is because my first visit to this location I asked for extra meat, and after looking at my receipt when I got home I was charged for extra meat twice.
Ive been here at least a dozen times and will NEVER go back. I have been overcharged at least 5 of those times. Moreover, Ive experienced some of the worst customer service ever. Burritos are not "better built" at this location. The line workers have demolished my burritos everytime Ive been here and they have even tried to charge me for their wrapping mistakes. Please go to other Pancheros locations. The employee turnover is ridiculous. Obviously the person that owns this restaurant does not care.
Their hours are clearly marked on the door saying they were open until 12AM, but when I walked in at 10PM I was shooed away. When I told them I thought they were opened for 2 more hours, the employee sighed and said I needed to leave because they were closed with no further explanation. Ive been to this location before and have never received good service. The employees always seem annoyed and uninterested and this was the final straw.
My usual Thursday lunch spot. Good burritos. I wish they had brewed tea instead of Gold Peak fountain stuff, but thats about the only thing I can ding them for. Watch out for the roundabout near the store; most people have no idea how to handle them.
This is the almost the exact same setup as Chipolte. The staff seems mostly new still and require a managers help each time Ive been here. Food however is very good. We have eaten here 3 or 4 times so far and will return.
I rarely eat out, but when I do I always make sure to go to Pancheros on Neil st in Champaign, IL. They are all so friendly especially Reggie! I have never had an issue or complaint! I would highly recommend.
Very similar to other Mexican grill restaurants (Chipotle, Qdoba). Menu includes burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas and salads. Just built so everything is new and it is kept very clean.
The employees were very nice and even rewrapped my burrito when the first one fell apart. Top class service from the best burrito place in town!
I prefer other mexican restaurants in town. The space is nice however the food and staff are not the best. I prefer chipotle, el toro, etc.
Customer service is mixed, can be better. Dont try Tofu, its very dry and tastes bad.
Great burritos, and delicious queso, what more do you need?
I used to be a Chipotle addict. Then I met Pancheros.
The food was decent, the service was frustrating.
Great burritos and really friendly staff.
Great food and reasonably priced
Good food but kind of pricey
