DISGUSTING! The first (and only!) time I visited this restaurant, it did not look too neat, clean, shiny, or upscale, but it looked clean and cozy enough. The atmosphere was not the problem. I ordered the meat-lovers skillet but when I put my fork in it, I found what looked like a pubic hair nestled within. It had to have been hair from someones genital region, crack, chest, or underarm... some sort of body hair, certianly not a hair off the head or face. Any hair in your customers food should be unacceptable, but hair off the head or face is at least understandable. I dont even want to know what goes on in that kitchen. And then the waitress was completely unsympathetic, showing no concern for her job. Look, lady, I ordered the meat-lovers skillet, not the pube-lovers skillet. All I can say is AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I mean, Family Restaurant? I shudder to think who would take their family here.

Had breakfast there with the family. The restaurant was busy and we were part of a large group (10). Service was inattentive - I dont think our water glasses were refilled a single time. They completely forgot one persons breakfast. The manager did attempt to make this right by providing a breakfast omelette at no cost. The service staff also got the order wrong for at least one other person. I ate Sakis Omelette (vegetarian omelette with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, jalepenos) and it was good.

Excellent menu. Good food. Great selection. We picked it at random, and were pleasantly surprised. It was about 2/3 full at 7pm on a Sunday night. The name was correct Family Restaurant. Owned and managed by a Greek gentleman, his son is the head chef, and they make everything fresh, daily. A great many Mediterranean foods are available. Of note, my hamburger had never been frozen.

The food is good and reasonably priced. Large selection. Very big portions. The only thing that kept me from a higher rating is that the service is very spotty. On one visit you have excellent service while the next trip you rarely see the waitress. I have eaten there several times and would go back more often if the service would improve.

Great place to go for good consistent food at very reasonable prices. Lamb Shank is my favorite. Different specials of the day. Well run business with a loyal following. Try the steak special and "Greek accents" and Im pretty sure it will be on your list of reliable go to places.

Really good consistent breakfast. Portions are huge. Lunch and dinner are disappointing. I had a gyro which was out of a pack and not the cone, drowned in tziki sauce. Kind of dissapointing.
