Dreadfully uderstaffed, waited in line to order for 20 minutes. Only 2 couples were ahead of us, thats 4 people for those who have issues with math. Finally sat ourselves after ordering, went to the salad bar, wow i couldnt believe it. I have been to several Sizzlers up amd down the west coast from CA to WA State. This was by far the worst salad bar selection of any Ive been to. Food seemed fresh but selection and layout very poor amd sheer size of this locations salad bar was embarrassing. Sat down ate our "salads" and our food showed up. I asked the server about the cheese toast we all love from Sizzler. She said "oh thats upon request" WHAT!!! Not one time at any Sizzler Ive ever been to was the cheese toast only available upon request, i was shocked at that answer. The server was very nice, but there was literally only 1 server for the whole restaurant. Its not a huge place but definitely big enough for at least 2 servers. The food was fine as usual, but there is some room for improvement in staffing and cleaning. It wasnt filthy or anything but could have been better for sure. Wont attend this location again unfortunately as i have always liked Sizzler restaurants.

Its going to sound strange but I get better customer service at the local Sizzlers then I do at other popular restaurants, its not about the food, their customer service is what gives them the four stars. I mean the customer service is surprisingly good. If it was about the food I could make my own at home. Like their tartar sauce whats up with that? Mayonnaise mixed with mustard? If youre going to do that try putting some sweet relish in it. :-(

☆Very Good Value!☆ Yes, this is not gourmet food, however, the variety of fresh and healthy food available is incredible. The Salad Bar, with many hot food choices and a plethora of side salads and toppings, is the best deal at $10 before 4pm. The place is CLEAN, friendly, and always predictable--which is rare these days.

A letdown understaffed cold food not what I was used to and when did Sizzler become a Mexican restaurant so tired of the salad bar being based on Mexican food the server went out of her way to make it a good experience but the food was either Raw or cold.

Another go-to place for me. At least once a week I go have the salad bar, which also includes some hot things and dessert. Everything is fresh and crisp. For around $11 it cant be beat! A few times Ive had the salmon -- and it is surprisingly good.

Steak was cooked right, potato was done. Salad bar was also okay. Nothing grossed us out- some places with a salad bar are just....nasty. Waitress filled drinks before they were empty.

Our dinner was very good. The salad bar was terrific and everything was very fresh. I had the shrimp for an entree and it was excellent. We all enjoyed our dinner very much.
