My wife and I went there last night to do carry out (you have no choice, they have no seating). First off, the prices are really low. Much lower than any other Chinese place around. For $6, I got a HUGE helping of fried rice with pork, a large eggroll, and a HUGE helping of Generals Chicken. This was around dinner time as well, this wasnt some lunch special. My wife got a small sweet and sour chicken for around $5. As for the actual food, it is really good. I was really impressed with the Generals Chicken. If they buy the chicken in bulk and fry it, they fooled me. It tasted "home made" or damn near close to it. The fried rice was really good as well. My wife enjoyed her sweet and sour chicken but barely finished it due to the amount they gave her (I didnt finish mine either, got way too full but now I have lunch for the next day). We also ordered a Banana tapioca and Strawberry tapioca drink. I think they are the only place in town who has these. The woman who helped us was really nice, held the door for us when we left since our hands were full from our order. Chens Kings Wok (Rt. 14 and Main) used to be my go to Chinese place. New Peking has replaced them. Closer to my house, prices are much cheaper and you get better food and more of it.

Ive tried this place twice, thinking Id give it a fair shot before writing it off completely. That was a mistake. I used their online ordering system, and it took nearly an hour for my food to arrive. When I called to check on the order, they did not pick up. I was about to drive down and check in person when it arrived. When it did, it seemed like it had been sitting for a while as it was not hot. It was also disgusting. The chow mein was slimey, the honey walnut chicken was soppy and, honestly, seems like its covered in miracle whip. The egg rolls were the best part not because they were good, but because they were bland compared to the other items being disgusting. To top it all off, I had to pay cash even though I tried paying with a card online. At this point, I dont believe my cards been charged, but its still an inconvenience as I barely ever carry cash and I was just lucky to have a $50 bill. Im not ordering from here again. There are far better options for chinese in the area at comparable prices. I would recommend you avoid this place.

Absolutely the worst food I have ever had in my life. Two bites in and I couldnt eat the rest. I ordered delivery to the hotel because Im out of town working. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time (25 mins). I ordered orange chicken and crab rangoons. When food arrived the bag was soaked orange along with all its contents. Once I cleaned my way to the entree, I opened the box noticing that the amount of red chili flake was absurd! I hate to take 12-15 pieces off the top in order to reach the "edible" part. Once I removed the tainted pieces I was able to try the bottom portion. The food provided was absolutely wretched. The coating was gummy and chewy! I had better food in the desert of Kandahar out of a bag. When I called to inform about my experience and asked to resolve this issue with either a replacement order or a refund I was told "no way". I hope this review helps anyone else from or not from the area inquiring about this establishment for dinner.

UGH. Terrible. You would be better off buying the frozen Chinese food at Walmart. Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, Broccoli Beef and Cashew Shrimp. Shrimp Fried Rice, Egg-Rolls. Arrived early for pickup. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was inedible. The Chicken and its coating was so dry and hard it was as if it sat around for a decade. Limp vegetables. We plowed this entree straight into the trash. The Cashew Shrimp had tiny diced vegetables, a dark burnt tasting sauce and shrimp with a fish taste. Finally the Broccoli Beef...the best of the lot. Damp wet soggy vegetables, and beef that was card-board like in texture. Now that Lily -Garden is gone, I thought this would be the alternative to take out. WRONG! Go to Peking Garden, Chens or the BEST The Breakers. Youll pay a dollar or two more but will not be disappointed. This place is SCHLECHT!!!!

Ordered it for delivery so I could have some dinner at my office. Got the house special fried rice and the pan fried pot stickers. The pot stickers are decent, if a bit doughy compared to what I am used to. The fried rice is very undercooked and difficult to eat - the grains of rice are borderline crunchy. While the delivery did arrive earlier than expected, which was good, the bag did not include any mustard packets which I had requested when ordering, and also they did not include any plastic utensils or napkins, which I kind of need when eating at an office (fortunately I had some hoarded from prior food orders elsewhere). This is my second time ordering from them; the first time I got sweet & sour chicken and found it too greasy. Disappointed and would not order from them again.

I wish there was a rating lower than one star for this place. First off wonton soup it showed up with just broth and wonton, no vegetables inside I traveled the world around and Ive had many wonton soup in many locations and never have I just seen it been broth and wonton. Secondly I ordered pineapple chicken fried rice it showed up with no pineapple in it. Thirdly the General Taos chicken, more breading than chicken very little sauce and not spicy as it should be. Lastly the owners, cheap theyre putting out product that is substandard with few of the proper ingredients in the reflected dish. When I called to complain they said they would make me some new ones I said oh youre going to make it better? Why didnt you do that in the first place? Place sucks stay away.

Now if youre looking for food around Crystal Lake, this is the place to go. Ive gone here for some fried rice and when I got home, the box was filled to the top! These people give very generous portions. Also, you can get these large crab rangoons for real cheap as well. I went to other restaurants and theyve given some really small crab rangoons compared to this place. The lady at the front is very nice and greets me every time I come. Also, once they seemed to have made a mistake on the order (which I would have knocked off one star for) but they delivered the corrected order for free (and quickly too I might add). That qualifies for five stars in my book!

Online ordering was very slow; food took an hour and a half. The Triple Delight sounded delicious on the menu but was not spicy at all; not a pepper to be found. The honeydew smoothie was good, and my grandma was pleased with her lo mein. I found the sauces in Triple Delight and Chicken & Vegetables With Garlic Sauce to be pretty bland. Wasnt sure if the spring rolls would be with fresh rice paper and a peanut sauce or fried; the menu was ambiguous (they were fried and served with sweet and sour sauce, and if there were any peanuts, I didnt notice them). Theres definitely better Chinese in the area!
