Well where should I start with my awful experience at a dumpy restaurant. Ordered a sandwich and coke and got the bill which turned out to be $30+. Spoke to the rude “manager” on duty who told me that I was charged for each individual coke that I drank. Well I was watching the Bears game and maybe consumed 4-5 cokes, with the waitress filling my class up when it was half full. Well I explained that I do not think it is right I should be charged $16 for cokes at $1.75 each. The “Manager” again points at the menu that states you are charged for each coke ordered. So he stated he would take a whopping $3 off the bill. I paid my bill and vowed never to step into this dump again. So beware when eating that you are charged $1.75 PER coke. The nice wait staff also failed to point this out. I guess times are tough but this was ridiculous.

Seriously, this is a sports bar done right. They have really good quality food (amazing burgers, superb pizza) and its a fun atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job at building relationships with customers. After visiting a couple of times, I feel like Im part of the family. At Gatsbys youre not just another face in the crowd, they actually put the spotlight on you! For the fun atmosphere, the TVs everywhere, the games, the service, and the quality of food, the prices are very reasonable. People really need to consider what it is theyre getting when complaining about menial things. You cant go anywhere else and get a value like this!

Every time Ive come here Ive had horrible service. Its all a money game with waitresses telling you when and how youll pay your tab. If you do end up going here, dont try to argue their bad business practices because they will take it personally and be even more unpleasant. PS I have not tried their food and their atmosphere is perfect if youre looking for the maximum number of TVs playing random sports programs... otherwise steer clear.

Nothing makes this place stand out. Yes there are a lot of tvs, but they are small and all calibrated differently so you never know where to look. The beer specials arent that great, especially if your into micro brews. The only good thing is half off large pizzas on monday, and the pizza is good.

Not overly crowded but popular none the less. Tried their food on my last visit and was very satisfied. Prices are reasonable and the staff is nice. They do trivia during the week (not sure on the day). Overall a good local place to stop in for a drink. Can get a bit loud but hey its a bar.

Great place to go and have dinner or drink, they have great food and a great staff. Every time I go there I have a great time, and every time im there everyone is having a good. Just overall the best place to go and have a drink in Arlington heights. AND the Pizza is amazing too

Great Food & Drink surrounded by something like 80 screens makes it a great place to watch NFL Sundays, Da Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs an yes even the White Sox. Daily food & beer specials, staff is very helpful, great place to hang with friends or meet new ones.

Food is actually pretty good and at a pretty reasonable price. It is pretty much wall to wall TVs so if there are multiple games on youll be able to watch all of them simultaneously. 4 stars cause the service, while always very nice, can be a little slow sometimes.

Tons of TVs great for catching the game. The 24oz draft special is perfect and they run events on week nights. The foods also really good, like restaurant quality, not bar quality.

Have always liked Gatsbys but the last few times its gone way downhill vegetables have been close to rotten and the service is was OK. Wont be eating there anytime soon

I like the beer. Good parking. Lots of TVS. Great with friends for that ball game. George is the owner. Wraps are good/big. Soups are home made.

My only complaint about Gatsbys is they charge for every soft drink refill! It actually keeps us from going there sometimes. Easy fix.
