I frequent this location multiple times a week seeing that I work right by there in the Chase building on 22 and 12. I had ordered two different items for breakfast today and one was forgotten. I didnt realize this until I came back to work at which point I could not go out again. When I had called, Ken the manager said he was expecting my call, apologized over and over and then even brought me what was missed to my work! I could not say how above and beyond he went and how satisfied I am. Everyone makes mistakes and I have no problem with the kid in the drive-thru that had missed my item. Things happen. He was very polite and sweet when taking my order and using my name. I also want to say that the other manager with the dark hair that helps with the kitchen and getting orders out correctly during lunch works extra hard to make sure that every order is perfect, on time and is extremely polite.

This is a new location. The restaurant is always clean and always great service. Im greeted by name and I dont go every day maybe 4-5 times a month. Ive eaten in and ordered via the app. Ive never used the drive through. I dont understand why people complain that the drive through is slow, this isnt a McDs where the food is already premade. They make food when its ordered so its going to take the same amount of time to make as it would if you went in and ordered in person. If you really want you food ready when you get there order from the app and spend the half a minute it takes to get out of your car and grab it. I did deduct one star because the location kind of sucks. You can only enter through one side of 12 or at the corner of 12 and 22. You only have one way to get out of the lot so it requires me to do a u turn at the next light. It makes it a bit inconvenient but its not a deal breaker.

I went here for lunch with a co-worker, my co-worker found a push pin in his soup, a push pin, the type that goes into a pegboard, with a sharp point. We told the manager got a refund but I feel that that wasnt enough, this thing could have cut this mans insides. I contacted the corporate office and told them and never heard back so Im pretty much done with Panera. Caveat emptor!

Absolute worst Panera ever. Third time I got home to find out my sandwich was not correct and they used two different types of bread. Last time they ran out by broccoli cheddar and chicken wild rice and messed up my sandwiches the same way. Not sure whats wrong with the management here but something needs to be done. This location makes Panera look bad.

the curly haired girl at the register and Max are both SUPER nice, and Max would check up on how the food was and the food is healthy and is great, too! Highly recommend! One of my avroties restaurants and one of the best paneras that ive ever been to

Pros: 1) Good food 2) Friendly & Helpful staff Cons: 1) Parking during lunch (zero) Park near the other end of the parking lot near the Vitamin Shoppe. Youll hit the lottery sooner than a store front parking space.

Over the years the prices have increased while the portion size has shrunk ie the bread bowl. Theyve also taken some favorites off the menu like the Sierra turkey sandwich and their roast beef with horseradish
