Late, 15 minutes to close, but the girl at the counter was pleasant. Received my pastries, even let me pick which ones I wanted. All was well and good until I put cream in my coffee. Little white floaters surfaced which is usually a sign of cream going sour. She got me more, and it happened again. Instead of just apologizing, the young lady asked if I put sugar in my coffee because, "...sometimes that happens when you add sugar...". I have been adding sugar to my coffee for decades. Not once has it caused the cream I add to it to curdle. Not here, my house, Starbucks, or even Waffle House. Instead of just apologizing and getting me a fresh cup, she felt the need to try to explain off the fact that the cream might be bad with an ill fated attempt to offer a chemistry lesson on how adding sugar to coffee can curdle cream. Am I a curmudgeon for letting this simple moment bother me so? Probably, but as a customer, I expect one thing when I exchange my money for your goods or services; to get in return exactly that for which I paid for. All I wanted was a cup of coffee with some sugar and cream. Instead, I get treated as if I am to simple to understand the science behind cream going south. Bad show all around. That is all.

The chicken almond salad sandwich is fantastic. Its a great sandwich, that has nice pieces of chicken, almond, celery and grape in the sandwich. The food took 5 min to prepare, which was really fast. Make sure to use your Panera card because you are able to get points, which means free things. The French onion soup is always a great go-to soup. The soup is best with a side of French baguette bread. The tables could have been wiped down better. The staff was very nice to me and told me some of their favorite meals from the menu.

Ive personally never had any issues with this restaurant, or franchise. This particular one seems to hire in a lot of college aged adults so sometimes they can be a little too chatty, but over all never hurt the time or accuracy much. In my experience, the food is almost always ready within 5-10 minutes, its always correct, the staff as a whole is friendly but sometimes ignores you unintentionally, but always nice. Their restrooms are clean and smell good.

Much better visit than my last at this location. Manager Mike was quick to serve, and I was impressed with his willingness to push the MyPanera membership rewards - this is often neglected at other locations. I had the You Pick 2 with tomato soup and the Green Goddess Cobb - cant go wrong. Glad to see service remedied since my last visit.

Awesome customer service! I had my grandma who is older and uses a walker, and also a baby as well. When we were getting up to leave one of the girls working there walked over and offered to put our trays away for us. Then a girl walked from behind the counter and opened both doors for us! I really appreciate this.

The manager Jan seemed to be having rough start this morning. She offered no smile or good morning at 7:30 ish. While in front of her at the register I said good morning twice before she would respond. The reception I received surely impacted the taste of the food.

Not impressed with these folks. They rush making sandwiches which are clearly thrown together sometimes fall apart as you try to eat them. For the money they charge you would think they can have people that work there who actually care but I guess not.

Love Panera Bread as a franchise.. This location lacks a focus on getting orders correct. The staff are always very unfocused and something is wrong with my order 73 percent of the time currently. Management has been notified to no major improvement.
