well to start off, the hours online are wrong. Lake Zurichs Little Caesars is only open til 9 so stop calling at 10:40 pm and getting mad at them. The crew is phenomenal! I walked in and was greeted immediately and everyone looked so happy to be working. I asked if a pepperoni deep dish was ready and it was! The cute cash register girl rang me up quickly and even asked me how my day was. She gave me the deep dish and I left the store with in 1 minute. When I got to my car I was so hungry I needed to have a piece right away. The pizza was so fresh and honestly the best pizza Ive had in a while. Thank you little caesars for making my day!!

Good spot for a quick, cheap pizza. Usually the pizza is cooked well (not burnt, not underdone, not all cheese, right amount of sauce). Only disappointment I have is the crazy bread at this location. I love Little Caesars original crazy bread. Though at this spot, Its always so dry with hardly any parmesan cheese and none of that soft garlic buttery taste that I enjoy. Seriously, the crazy bread is a waste of money here. No flavor, its like eating cardboard. Learn how to make crazy bread right and Ill turn this into a 5.

I work right near here and they have been so generous enough to deliver it because we dont have any time to come pick it up! They are always so kind and sweet. A gentleman came and dropped our pizzas off today and explained that the storm made their power go out. He proceeded to tell me about how the fridge was the temperature of a freezer. He apologized for the wait even though he brought it in 10 minutes!! They are awesome and our company will always use them for Wednesday lunches! Thank you again Little Caesars

I arrived 45 min to close and they had no hot and ready pizzas made. Were out of crazy bread. When i entered the store i was not greeted and was waiting for about ten minutes before the employee came out from the back. Horrible service . . . And if that wasnt enough the gentleman looked like he was using meth. Not someone i want to touch the food my family is gonna eat.

whats up with not answering the phones 20 minutes before close. i understand not wanting to do a delivery before close, but i am trying to pick up 1 cheese pizza, as simple as that, and you guys dont answer you phones. its 10;40, you guys are open till 11. The owner should hire a new staff that is somewhat responsible. bottom line this is a business.

I was just in tonight 03/10/17 the cashier lady with black curly hair with glasses didnt catch her name but I wanna say she was awesome food was great and quick and had a brief conversation with her left me In smiles drove from palatine location to were I had a terrible experience to this location was worth the drive

Cheap pizza, fast service. Competent employees. Id call ahead and tell them what to have ready because randomly every soccer team in the tri-state area eats here simultaneously and therell be a wait. But its few and far between. The employees are always nice, keep it up guys!

Take out Little Caesars Pizza where you can pre-order and walk up and wait for your order. Can be busy occasionally. Great place for cheap, but decent thin crust pizza.
