Tried this place for only pizza so I cant comment on any other items they may have. First ordered pizza they have only 2 sizes small 12" and a large 16" and 2 different shapes round and square which is more expensive. We got it for a pickup and it was ready when we got there. Now 3 different people were trying this so the consensus overall was it was OK. The main reason was the crust was soggy not crispy. The outer crust was well cooked and crispy the pizza tasted OK, the ingredients were fresh it just came down to the soggy pizza bottom. The pizza here is more expensive then other pizza places and with limited sizes and the higher cost we will not be recommending it to anyone we know. If your looking for kids pizza I would stick with the big pizza chains.

The pizza wasnt bad, but when youre selling pizza in the chicagoland area you really need to be upfront about it if youre offering new york style pizza. When i got my pizza home, i was surprised and disappointed, if i would have left a review right then and there it would have been lower. That said for what it was, the pizza wasnt bad, their menu offering is nice, and the place is nice and clean, i would likely visit again, i just wont be ordering pizza next time.

Ordered online and was confusing. Store called me back to confim wing sause order. I confirmed but didnt get the dipping sauce. Wings ordered were suppose to be crispy but came soggy. Lou has better wings. Pizza was on par with Marcos pizza and Marcos is cheaper. Had a BBQ bread as it sounded interesting but was just a torpedo calzone. Overall, Ill be calling Marcos next time.

We ordered two pizzas to go (one vegetable and one meat) and our whole family loved them! The pizzas were very flavorful with Italian seasoning and spices, the ingredients were very fresh (especially the spinach and mushrooms) and the pizza wasn’t super greasy. We will definitely order from them again and will recommend to others.

Staff was so rude and unreasonable on phone we decided not to order the pizza. The manager told us he was closing in a half hour and really didnt want to stay open to make our pizza and that the delivery person didnt want to deliver the pizza in the snow. They also didnt want to honor the coupon that we had.

I am the owner, so I will not tell you how great we are, but I encourage you to try our pizza, stuffed breads, garlic and cinnamon knots, homemade meatballs, calzones, and homemade pizzelle cookies with cannoli cream. They are all outstanding. Hope to see you soon!

All I can say is WOW! We just tried this place for the 1st time and it was amazing! The pizza was authentic New york style pizza and the garlic knots were simply fantastic. It was worth the drive from Algonquin and you have gained customers for life!
