I arrived at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts early and there was only one car in front of me and has I gave my order into the microphone and then young lady told me how much my order was I pulled around to the window behind one car. I set there and set there and set theyre not understanding what was taking so long to get one car out of the way I set there for a good 10 to 15 minutes and finally when I get to the window the young child and I emphasize child informed me that they had no glazed donuts because their Machinery was down. How in the world do you allow your Machinery BB down and Graves doughnuts is your mainstay. Nobody in management in the store had enough sense to walk outside and tell the people in line old we dont have glazed donuts if thats what you waiting for I was very disappointed in the service or lack of service at this facility in Homewood Illinois. I will not be returning there anytime soon I was so upset by the fact that the manager allowed this child to stay in the window and tell people that their Machinery was down instead of sending somebody outside to tell the other people in the car so Im sorry I machine is down so people cannot just sit there and waste their time this is bad service at its best period so yes you have lost a customer I am only one person and Im sure my little one Milo few dollars I sent that wont make you a break you but Im going to make sure everybody else knows how management does not have a clue. The manager should have been in the window explained in the customers that were down not this poor little child who sit there and didnt know what to do.

Went the first few days it had opened wait was about an hour not to bad and expected it . We came back Friday the 19th and waited two hours just to get to the stop sign before you turn into drive thru . There was no one to direct the long traffic and prevent other drivers from cutting people off multiple times . We noticed no ones orders in the line were being taken for 15-20 minutes at a time as to why the line wasnt moving . We got to the window and there was four workers literally just standing there carts full with doughnuts and boxes pilles up but no one was being served as the workers stood there looking dumb founded . Defiantly have to come up with better system as to whos job is what for it to run smoother .

The best customer service!!! I went to Krispy Kreme this morning for a dozen original glazed doughnuts I went through the drive through, after receiving the doughnuts I noticed they were cold (I went this morning because the sign was on that said hot doughnuts) went back through the drive through, and they told me they would have a hot batch in 4 minutes, after waiting the 4 minutes the manager told me that that entire batch was bad, so she gave me the option of waiting another 20 minutes for hot ones or getting another dozen free. I waited but she was so kind a gave me the hot ones and the cold ones. I will right a formal letter for earetha (I hope I spelled her name right). She is a great manager.

Sorry, I hope to be able to change this soon. However, it was opening day and I sat in line for over 3 hrs only to have my card swiped 2x and got home and the order was not even correct. I think we should have at least been offered a complimentary drink or doughnut for sitting in a line for hoursand burning our gas to patronize this company. I tried calling the store several times to talk to the manager but no answer, so I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. Will update once I hear back.

Three hours in tha damn waiting line very displeased when I got to tha window!!! They didnt have tha donuts I wanted. Really was craving tha new York cheese cake one and tha chocolate iced crueller & they didnt have tha cinnamon twists or tha powdered chocolate cream donut. Oh well theres other krispy kremes out there like elk grove village in Chicago. At least they have enough curtisy to answer their telephones unlike tha home wood location. Never again ☝

Went for doughnuts at 4:30am to beat the lines. No luck. With only 6 cars in line, we still waited 45 minutes while the order taker repeatedly got the order in front of us wrong. We got to the window to have the same experience: wrong order again, bad service, six people standing around while the window person gave me attitude for my one dozen doughnuts. This was supposed to be a fun event for my daughter and me, not a lesson in bad management.

I came in the drive thru this morning at 4:54am and no one was there but me and it took 10 minutes for her to come to the window. While giving my order she said mocha when she repeated it. I corrected her and said no I said caramel. She still gave me a mocha drink. I waited another 7 minutes for her to bring the correct drink back. This is ridiculous and should not have taken almost 20 minutes. I was nearly late for work.

I got off work early today, I went to the store on south Halsted the one that just opened. The doughnutsI ordered it was told to the cashier they did not have them. I talked to the manager about another location, but they were too far. So he went over to the rack and the doughnuts were there and the nice cahier also gave me a coupon. It was avery nice experience.

To be honest, the people that waited 3 hours.. you didnt have to go lol Krispy Kreme is extremely famous especially in the Chicago area.They closed alot of the locations and after some years theyre back.. idk what alot of you expect especially when Its new and im sure the employees are too ? Anyways Im just glad theyre back ! Ive been a KK fan for 23 yrs.

Got home and found my entire order screwed-up I called 3 times over the period of an hour never got an answer only an answering machine. I left a message on your machine and no one had the courtesy to call me back and at least say they were sorry. Customer service is what matters I hope you learn a lesson from this.

Horrible customer service young girl at the register was very rude and unprofessional. Waited in line for about 30 mins. Just to find out they didnt have original glaze dounuts something about the line being down. Very bad experience wife and kids where really disappointed ended up leaving empty handed.

Someone please tell me WHATS THE RAVE?! Are they giving something away?! Its almost midnight & the drivethru line is near Home Depot. I looked this up just to see what time KK close...& i see folks commenting on 3hr waits! Really why? (p.s Im a DD girl...KK too sweet! THATS PROBABLY IT...THE SUGAR)

So unorganized when they have these promotional events. My daughter waited almost 4 hours, which I dont think that was worth the wait. It shouldnt take that long and there should be a limit on boxes. Also police should monitor the parking lot. Chaos! No more donuts for awhile.
