It may be because this is still a new location & the baristas are inexperienced...but whatever the reasons...this location is not good at making drinks properly! Almost every single time I have come theyve made my drinks incorrectly. Most of the staff are friendly, they just do not know what theyre doing. My suggestion at this location is that the management would train their Baristas how to make drinks properly! Most of the people who work here look very young, college age… Ive only seen one or two experienced baristas that have come from other locations in Clarksville to train. This Starbucks also has very, very, very long wait times! You can expect to be in the drive-through at least 20 to 25 minutes waiting for your latte! If you are in a hurry or are on your way to work, do not come here!

Great service every time and so friendly. Would be five stars but one of your newest baristas moves as fast as a giant sea turtle with little to no purpose. And she consistently burns food. Keep it up though!
