Standing in line for almost 10 minutes at Starbucks waiting for my order to be taken. The young man behind the counter was talking with another employee (it looked like she was from the other food service area) and said "Im not making any more coffee. That machine is not going on again tonight. What time is it?" To which she responded "6:30". He then said "I dont care. Its not going back on". Then he was speaking very loudly to another employee that was supervising the self check out area and telling her that she was ghetto for speaking so loudly. He finally asked us for our order. My husband said that he wanted a venti decaf. To which he responded (and not in a nice tone) that it would have to be a pour over. My husband said that it was fine. Before we could go on and order our second drink, he turned around and started talking to another employee that came up on the side to ask him something. He never bothered to say "one moment" or "excuse me" or anything else. He left us standing there just staring at him. Thats when we decided to tell him "never mind" and walked away. There was no indication of any type of courtesy or customer service or manners for that matter. I dont know if he acts this way when the managers are around but you can be sure that he will continue to make this Starbucks lose money with that attitude. Im sure that there are plenty of people that would like to take his job (hint hint management). Not EVER going back to that Target.

I like Starbucks but the service here sucks. The employees have a non-caring attitude. The employee was very abrupt about asking for my order and after it was made just walked away without taking my money. Im standing there wondering if my order complete. I mean they just walked off right in the middle of talking to me. Then they were slamming equipment around in a I dont care fashion.

2 out of 3 times Ive been at this location no barista was available to take orders. Today I ordered a carmelmac & rcvd a hot chocolate. Had to return, needless to say no apologize. Not sure how this loc. is still open, service is horrible.

Guy took the order and walked off, we had to lock eyes for him to remember to make my order and even then he stared at me like I was bothering him.
