Just got scolded at Alterra Bayshore for using too much milk in my coffee. Im not kidding. Its as if McDonalds staff counted ketchup packets. I went home and looked at my credit card receipts and realized that --as a loyal customer -- in the last year, Id spent close to $500 on a whole range of Alterra products. I have to be more mindful of my own choices because I have often found Alterras service and atmosphere less pleasant than comparable local coffee houses, yet I continued to shop there out of habit. No more. Thanks for the lesson, Alterra.

Can always find my favorite drink with very helpful baristas. If I am not sure of something or need something not added they are cool about it. Not like other places. My favorite go to place.

The coffee and other drinks are great, a bit slow if you get anything but regular coffee, but I just think thats the price you pay for quality drinks.
