7 reviews 1.0 star rating 8/10/2016 From a former coffee roasting company owner - Coffee sold here is under-roasted has a bitter finish. Lots of cheap robusta beans used in the espresso blend. "Espresso" is a misnomer though, as the coffee is not roasted dark enough to be considered a true "espresso" roast. That alone could be overlooked to some degree if you prefer a very light-roasted "Folgers" type coffee, but the owner has absolutely ZERO customer service skills. If you dare to complain to him that the coffee you purchased is anything less than perfect, he will respond with an angry, demeaning diatribe against you and ban you from his business. Kind of the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, but at least the Soup Nazi sold great soup! Coffee here is sold on a "NO REFUNDS" basis - that should tell you all you need to know. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy light-roasted coffee and being spoken down to by a business owner.

Ive been buying coffee from this roaster for years . Ive never had any issues with their service or any of their products. They are extremely passionate about their products and will do anything to make sure that your receiving the highest quality as possible. the reviewer before stated that the coffee was under-roasted and tasted bitter.. ive personally requested my purchase to be lightly roasted and have never experienced this bitter taste that this individual is referring too. in fact under roasted coffee, tastes nearly like roasted wheat, it typically has this light mouth feel in your mouth similar to tea, which is why I happen to enjoy it. at the end of this all id say give them a try, you have nothing to lose.

Best coffee! These guys know what they are doing when it comes to coffee. Because of them we no longer but any other brand of coffee!
