As a former barista at a coffee shop, I would say that this is one of the worst Starbucks stores I have ever had the misfortune to visit. After they completely messed up my order last time, they gave me a gift card. When I attempted to use said gift card, the rather incompetent cashier said that it was "inactive". At this point, my baby was crying in the back seat, so I just handed back the drink, she kept the card, and I had to pull over and comfort the baby. Another visit, my latte looked like drip coffee stirred with milk. No froth on top at all. When I called to voice my concerns, they left me a "free drink" card. When I used this "free drink" card, I requested a decaf latte (because I was breastfeeding)...they apparently ignored that request and gave me a full-caf coffee....my baby did not sleep for 6 HOURS! Giving caffeinated beverages to those who shouldnt be drinking them, and did not ask for them, is not only a heinous mistake, but extremely dangerous for pregnant and breastfeeding women. I dont know what this store needs to start addressing first - the incompetence of the baristas or that of the cashiers when it comes to customer service. I feel that despite their many mistakes, I have given them several chances. However, after they seriously screwed up my order (and hurt my baby!) and treated me in an amateur fashion. I will no longer be frequenting this sub-par establishment and I will certainly advise my mommy friends to do the same.

Just got my Americano with cream at this location, but its just milk with hot water. Unfortunately, I did not try or look at it until I got to work! This is unacceptable. I understand that anything can happen and something can go wrong with the expresso machine, but barista that makes it should see that something is off when they serve a coffee of pure white color! I went to this location many times before and this is my first bad experience, however it is not the first time that happened to me at Starbucks in general. I guess Starbucks service is not as good as it use to be!

I entered the store at 8:58 and was looking at the menu. Not even 5 seconds passed and the employee told me that the people in front of me were the last ones being served and that they were closing right away. I smirked as soon as he said that but the lovely lady working there said in "in other words we are closing" she was much nicer about it. I was asked to leave and then the doors were locked behind me

Service is slow. The person that ordered after me got their drink first. I waited 7 minutes for my and my friends drink and guess what? They messed it up. Not just mine- but hers too. I payed extra for sweetener and they didnt even add enough to begin with. So disappointed. .-.

I am a regular customer at this location. The service is great and so is the coffee. The only time they got my order wrong they immediately corrected it and gave me a free one for next time! Plus starbucks guy is easy on the eyes lol

This location is one of my favorites. Great service and the drinks have always been spot on! They even fixed a drink for me that a different Starbucks location botched. Highly recommend this location if you love good Starbucks.

This is a good Starbucks with all of the things you look for in a typical location. In general, be prepared for a longer wait than you may be accustomed to if your usual Starbucks handles a higher volume.

The drinks are made properly however its Thee slowest Starbucks Ive ever been too. Ive waited in line at the drive thru for 10+ minutes on multiple occasions.
