Today I ordered a double meat bowl at this location and was shocked by how little meat I was given. I would describe it as 2 half scoops, essentially a single order of meat. When you pay $10+ for a double meat burrito bowl you expect there to be a substantial amount of meat in it. I feel this is a repeated problem at Chipotle: Not receiving two full servings of meat when that is what you pay for. Meanwhile my experience with your main direct competitor is completely the opposite. Very unsatisfied

I didnt have my wallet with me, so when I was on the way I called ahead because I found my checkbook in the car. Uunfortunately they didnt accept checks; however, the manager(Jason) did something I will never forget. He offered me a free meal. He could have very easily hung up the phone and got on with his day, but he didnt. That is something that is so uncommon in the world we live in today. Something for nothing! I will be going back again and I am referring friends. Thanks for your kindness.

I dont think Ive ever seen the same person more than twice working here. No idea why the turnover rate is that way. The acoustics of the place are horrific, I cant ever hear myself think when we get food here, between the music and anyone talking. We get our food and pretty much flee. Love the guacamole, of course its extra. I love everything about the food here, but it seems like theyre always having issues with wrapping burritos, so save everyone and yourself and just get a bowl or a salad.

I go here all the time! They are part of the Deerfield Discount Card promotion sold by Deerfield Public School District 109. Showing your card will get you a buy one get one free burrito, burrito bowl, salad, tacos, etc. If I go with a friend, thats $3 per burrito--a great deal. The food is usually very good quality, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is nice.

Horrible. Decent food but disrespectful staff. I ordered a burrito bowl and she did not even acknowledge me at all and she gave me the smallest amount of food. She gave one scoop worth of food and charged me a ridiculous amount. Never coming back. Horrible experience.

Can I get some food with my tortilla? The portions are a joke. Youd have to ask for extra on everything just to get a normal sized burrito. Should be no stars since it is practically robbery for the cost to portions ratio.

Chipotle has great chips and Guac. The Tacos/Burritos/Salads are all decent but then again who knows exactly what id being consumed if you get a protein. Cant go wrong w/the Chips and Guac tho.
