I have never written a negative review. This was the first time I used this company. I submitted a request for a delivery as their website requests waiting on a price quote as I needed some dog food for my dogs asap that are sick and I need to change foods tonight. There was one store that has what I need in Brentwood. Id rather not drive to Brentwood on a Friday and since they are in Brentwood thought it would be easy for them to come towards downtown. I didnt hear back for 20 minutes so headed to the store myself. The owner called and was nice. I decided to turn around and let them take my order for me after a long conversation and an explanation of how they work and apology. I was told it would be delivered around 4:30. At 4:20 a runner called from the store and said they couldnt find what they were picking up. Since they are at least 30 minutes away I asked about timing. The call got weird and they person got short and very rude because I said the experience was difficult from the beginning and he interrupted me and got belligerent. I needed to be somewhere and leave around 5:30. I would have been back by now if I kept going myself. The person got so rude and I said Id just call the owner back. He yelled, "I am an owner too and I am not getting your food" and hung up. Wow! Thanks for putting me in a bind. I called the owner and he said he never heard that person talk like that. I seriously doubt it. Even though this owner started off nice, he preceded to talk over me and raise his voice and kept saying we did you a favor and didnt have to do this. You dont say this to a customer. I said please stop raising your voice and he said I am not and you would know if I was raising my voice and hung up. I called back and left a message to say that I would be writing a review and it is not ok to speak to this way. He called back yelling at me saying he did me a favor and kept saying the same thing and talking over me and called me names. I asked him to stop yelling. He said I want you to write a review, just read all our reviews they are great and I will respond to your review. I decide to hang up as I will not be yelled at and threatened. Interestingly both owners handled this very poorly. I am without food for my dogs and cant get there before they close. Im disappointed in myself for giving them a chance. I wish I recorded the call. I am upset and sick in my stomach about how they handled this and treated me.

I live in Nolensville and have used the service twice now. For those of you who live in the Nolensville area, know what a traffic nightmare it is. First, the variety of places you can order is amazing. We ordered from the Wild Ginger in Cool Springs. We ordered at 5:45 and our food got to us by 6:30 To be quite Frank, I dont think I could have driven to Wild Ginger, Parked, and then ordered by 6:30 much less get our food by then. The food was hot and tasted as if they just brought it out from the Kitchen. We gave them another try again, and same results. The service is fast, you leave the tip on the bill, and there are multiple places you can order from. Even the mobile website is easy to use. This company knows what customer service is and that is few and far between these days. You wont regret using them and we will continue to use them.

I have never written a google review before, but I decided I would for Nashville Delivered Goods and their excellent service! I use Nashville Delivered Goods for business purposes and could not be happier with their quick response time, quality, and care they put into my orders. Their communication far surpasses any other delivery service I have used. If they do not have an item I requested in the store, they always call and give me alternative options, which I greatly appreciate! I know my large grocery order is in the best hands with Shawn and the rest of the Nashville Delivered Goods team and I will continue using them. This service has been a God-send to me! I have ordered food from them over 5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME it has arrived 1) on time 2) as I ordered it and 3) hot! They take so much care with getting it right by calling you to review the order and giving you a heads up if the restaurant is slammed and it may take a little longer. The choices of restaurants are really unlimited because they are adding new ones all the time and at their customers request. This service allows me to still have great food if I dont want to or cant eat out. And this is just for food delivery - they also do groceries, liquors, errands. Keep up the great work guys!

I cant believe someone would write a bad review on this business. Shawn and his staff go over and beyond to assure prompt delivery of your orders. It is always hot when you get it, and it includes everything you ordered. And... to the person who said their order was incomplete and it ruined his party...NDG wasnt even open Memorial Day so you LIED. I dont know what your problem is but Jeevan Kypa, JamesCole and possible Carolyn Smith NDG is not to blame for your problems, In fact I doubt you really had problems. Perhaps you felt the need to berate this business for personal reasons.

We used this service several times, always good service and the order has always been correct, but they charge extra for each item, then a delivery charge, and now an 18% gratuity!? Mandatory gratuity just means they dont pay their employees properly, but cant keep good people because they cant live on the tips, so they impose irrationally high gratuity to compensate. The problem is that 18% is the low end of a tip for a full service restaurant. Refilling drinks, getting napkins, cleaning up, and the like. Way too much to drive a bag to my house.

Living somewhat "in the sticks" for the past four years, its been hard to even find pizza places that deliver. It was awesome to have Chuys delivered. For people that arent close to the hot spots, the pricing difference/delivery fees are very welcomed to be able to get some of our favorite restaurant food delivered. I expected it to be way more expensive. Ordered around 9:00p.m. and was delivered right at 10:00. I couldnt have picked up an order quicker if I would have ordered it myself. Very happy this is finally available!

This service was suggested to me, by another local company and I must say that I was not disappointed. I was in the process of moving so I didnt have time to go and get food. I ordered my phone online and I got a phone call shortly after from one of the owners (Sean) to make sure my food was accurate, which was great that I didnt have to deal with an automated service! The food was delivered in a timely manner in almost 5:00 week day traffic and it was still hot and fresh! I will definitely be using their service again!
