Worst service Ive ever seen constantly. Family stopped eating here al together till I convinced them to start ordering again and as result I remembered why we stopped. They messed up the orders constantly and I didnt even call In i used the app to make sure they didnt miss hear me but they still managed to make the wrong pizza. When you tell them they messed up the pizza they get sassy and argue about it, claiming its our problem, i had the manager say we cant bring you the correct pizza but we can put credit on your phone number so when you call the amount of the pizza that got messed up will come off. So I called today seeing I havent ordered from them in a month but knowing I had that credit their. I get on the phone with the assistant manager and turns out the manager never put the credit at all and they cant see what manager worked their that day. So I tell them you can see your system or something happened or if I talk to one of your manager and I can tell you if its them or not in which they hung up on me. So I called again and said the if I had credit on their in which they hand the phone to the assistant manager and tells me no you aint got no credit, I respond saying your manager shouldve put it on their, can I talk to your manager and he says no Im the assistant manager so I will not own up to any previous arrangements.... that whole Pizza Hut staff has no respect to their customers, atleast the Assistant manager was nicer then the manager that claimed to put credit on. Serioulsy considering not going here ever again

Nothing -- Chicken Wing Wednesday where wings are priced, I placed on online order $25 worth of AND THEN NUMBER OF WINGS WAS TERRIBLY SHORTED. Before even leaving the store with wings the bag with 24 wings felt light -- I asked the clerk if there were 24 wings inside she said yes AND DID NOT TAKE EFFORT TO CHECK THE COUNT. WHY NOT? There were no other customers in the restaurant at the time of my pick up...IT IS CLEAR THE CLERK DID NOT CARE MY ODER WAS ACCURATE. Next day I called and tried to speak with the manager but he was rude and dismissive in attitude, so I concluded the called the fast food holding company in Waukesha County Wisconsin. While I got a call back and issued an $18 store credit under my cell number by the district manager. Ten days later tried to use that supposed credit -- no credit under my cell number -- I has an employee and the manager on duty, no store credit inputted. This is my neighborhood Pizza Hut and forced to continue using this st I re, SO YOU BE VIGILANT YOUR ORDER IS ACCURATE BE FORE LEAVING AND IF NOT RIGHT BRING IT TO THE STORE MANAGER OR THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

So we had a business to business account with this location. We order 10 to 20 pizzas at a time for a special discounted price. When i tried to place an order, the manager on duty would not honor the agreement we had with The General Manager. His reason he stated was that my agreement was with the General Manager, and not him. So i asked that particular manager on duty to just place the order and we will worry about the price later. While he was taking my order, i told him that all their managers should be on the same page and should communicate amongst each other so this issue does not happen again. He got mad and cancelled my order. At this point i am furious and this very unprofessional manager starts arguing with me telling me to get out of his store. Customer service does not get any worse than this! I am a Manager and i would never ever talk to a guest this way! We will not be doing business with this location any more. I would not recommend anyone to eat here as their customer service is horrible.

DIRTY. Yuck. 3rd visit in the last two months for the lunch buffet. Same waitress each time. She sat me at a dirty table that she wiped but still had gunk on it. Gummy bear wrappers under the condiments. Parmesan shaker empty. And greasy when I picked it up. Seat had crumbs on it. Floor had more wrappers on the ground. I was the second person in there that day!! Restrooms: dirty and had towels all over the floor and an unwashed mirror. Fingerprints throughout the place. I set the empty Parmesan shaker on my table and the whole time she saw it empty, never filled it. AND...the food warmer for the bread and pasta wasnt on. Food was cool by 11:45am. Really gross and weak service: no more dining at Pizza Hut for me.

Put in an order at 11pm. (Within their listed hour). Fast forward 1am rolls around. I got a confirmation email saying it was it had been placed at their address. So I called, and they told me "Maybe the order is lost in cyberspace or up in the air" (What?) at this point I am over the pizza. I just want to make sure I dont get charged. The woman told me "Call the bank in the morning an reverse the transaction". Which is ridiculous. Then the employee said.. "I cant help you. I need to go home. Bye" and hung up. So if this woman is a representative for Pizza Hut then her message is "I hate my job and I hate you." Stay Classy PH

If I could give them a negative number I would. I ordered my pizza at 5pm and was told it would be delivered around 6pm. I am still waiting for my pizza and its 7:15pm!!!! I called several times and couldnt get a hold anyone at first. Finally someone answered and said that my pizza was on its way. 15 minutes later it showed up. It wasnt even correct. They forgot my bread sticks and the pizza wasnt hot. Not surprised since I ordered 2 1/2 hours ago. I tried calling to let them know I didnt get my entire order and again no one answered the phone. I will not be ordering from pizza hut again!!!

Almost everytime I go here I have to wait at the counter for at least 5 min before ANYONE will acknowledge me. Last time I was here, I showed up 5 min after my order was supposed to be ready and I still had to wait for over a half hour. This time, I waited at the counter for a few min, one employee made eye contact with me twice and walked away once, then pulled out her phone the second time and walked away texting. I asked the manager why the service was so poor here and she accused me of lying to her. I will not be back.

UPDATE! phones are back to not working again we are in the process of getting them back up. There was a huge scam through alot of stores! PLEASE PLACE ORDERS ONLINE! HEY YAL! Im a driver here and i just wanna let everyone know that our phones are down and have been since monday. We are trying to fix the problem but if u are trying to order and happen to see this PLEASE Place your order online. We love all our customers and would hate to lose you because of these phones! Thank you!

Terrible. Im here now (3/16/17 9:42pm) I called around 9 to place an order for pick up no answer. Called again a few minutes later again, no answer. I get here and the cashier can only express how much she wants to go during the transaction. Fast forward a few minutes later, the phone rings. Not one employee answered. (Like right now theres an employing sitting in the dining room on his phone and the phone is ringing I kid you not!) .... Pizza wasnt bad, service was terrible.
