I have been a customer for almost a year and have to say these meals are fantastic! I try to stick to low carb, high protein and these meals are a delicious way to help me stay on my way of eating also with convenience... With my work schedule, it makes it hard for me to cook every evening, plus keep different fresh meals around, with this service I am able to have a different meal each night, plus feel good about what I am fueling my body with. They offer many different food options, which even the pickiest of eaters will find foods they enjoy! I LOVE receiving my meals and always look forward to trying a new recipe that they offer. So far my favorite is the taco bowl or the butternut squash lasagna. If youre on the fence and not quite sure, just try it! The meals are delicious, and there is plenty of food- usually enough for me to have a second helping the following day. I have not received a single meal that I have not liked! Their customer service is top-notch as well, the respond quickly to any messages you may send through Facebook, and offer help if needed. The only downfall, is that I wish it were a little bit more affordable, but you get what you pay for. High quality HEALTHY meals.

I think Factor75 is a fantastic service. I love that you can specify gluten/dairy free for example. I tried Blue Apron before this and they didnt give me those choices. I think the reviewers complaining need to get a reality check. If you sign up for a free week of course you are signing up as a new customer and unless you cancel you are starting to use the service in signing up. You can skip weeks if you are away. It make sense they have to charge you if you cancel on a Thursday as they email you on Wednesdays to confirm your choices (which you can adjust as you like.) They need to order and prepare the food accordingly. If you want delicious, healthy EASY meals a few nights a week (or more) this is a fantastic service. My husband and I have shared the 6 meal option for months so dont have to think about dinner 3 nights a week (for us). We have two young kids and sometime they even eat them. I dont have time for an hour of prep and cooking of things like Blue Apron right now. And I put in weight eating their meals. Ive maintained it with Factor75. Just try it! Better than frozen food with tons of preservatives.

The food is great, the problem and the reason for the two star review is freshness. The meals continually come with a breach in their seal. Whats more alarming the company played it off like I was the only one who reports this problem. Every delivery ( I get 8 meals) 1 to 3 meals are not completely sealed. The problem being they maintain their freshness based on all the oxygen being removed prior the seal being applied. So two things could be a happening, either its a process issue at Factor 75 applying the seal, or its a shipping issue with slamming the box around. Either way its a Factor 75 issue to fix and they are not calling it a real issue that needs to be looked into further. Im posting this to encourage all you to check your meals as they arrive. To do this gently remove the clear lid, and closely inspect the seal. If you see what you expect is a breach, gently squeeze the package and see if air passes out of the package. Almost all are by the corners. Spread the word! Report your meals to Factor75! This needs to be fixed! I really do like the food.

Worth a try. There are several good things about this company - the high quality of the food, the recyclable packaging and the method of keeping food cooled even if you arent home to receive the delivery. And its a local business, owned and managed by the same person. When there was a problem with one order, he called me and apologized and took care of it personally - THAT is rare. Note that this is a subscription service. You will get follow-up orders if you dont opt out by Monday evening each week. This is one thing that should be changed. Ive had 2 orders - 8 different meals; some more flavorful than others, but I understand there is a new chef and the menu will become more varied with new options, so I think this deserves time to evolve. If youre super busy and you want high quality meals without having to cook, give Factor 75 a try. It helped me shift to more protein, low carbs and I saw results right away.

I used Factor 75 from January to April 2017. At first, I was happy enough with the food quality to continue my subscription - the appeal of the meals varied quite a bit, but I thought some of them were pretty good and I was able to make sure my orders only included those meals. However, sometime in March or early April, the company switched to a different kitchen/cooking vendor [this was confirmed by an employee]. Unfortunately the food quality decreased significantly as a result of this change, to the point that I ended my subscription. I literally couldnt eat the meals at the end and would throw them away - which is saying a lot given the cost of meal delivery services like this. In addition, I was very disappointed in the customer service when I reached out to discuss these and other issues. I would not recommend using Factor 75 unless they return to their previous kitchen or a different new one.

The food is tasteless. I have tried other such services and that one is the worst by now. It is subscription service that I canceled on Thursday after I found out that I will be receiving more. They still charged me and sent me a box with food on Monday. When I called their customer service number I had to leave phone number, because nobody is picking up. I tried to be nice and told them that I want to cancel the subscription and I want to return their food. The girl on the phone told me that it is not possible I should have canceled it on Wednesday. I told her that I will dispute the transaction with the credit card company, and she laughed at me and told me that people are trying to dispute them all the time, but they show their contract and transactions are not disputed. I usually dont write reviews, but this company is bad. Bad food and even worse customer service.

Customer service was good, delivery was on time and packaged well. I was super drawn to the minimal, well-sourced ingredients... but the food just tasted terrible, honestly. Wasnt impressed with the first weeks meals but told myself "healthy food isnt going to taste amazing", but each meal tasted worse than the last. And the menus only changed slightly week to week so you were required to repeat several of your meals from the previous week. I know this is a harsh review and Im hesitant to post it, but I wish I wouldve seen a review like this before dropping hundreds of dollars on this. :( Was excited about this, but just not worth it.
