So, I am in-and-out-of-town often, but I swear, the last (4) times I have gone by for the Lunch, EVERYTIME I am greeted (after several minutes) with some excuse as to why I will need to wait 30 minutes for something that is advertised as "Hot and Ready" This time it was a "power outage" - and yes, that may be true this time - but when I asked, "Does this happen often?" I receive a response of "This isnt my problem" ---- Ummm. What kind of a response is that? No apology, just a blame shift. I know Im better off NOT having the 5th rate $5 pizza, but thats just BAD business, regardless of the fact

So pizza was mostly passable the "hot" and ready was more like lukewarm but this is a one star review for the abysmal service by the staff. I walked in and said good afternoon and the man at the counter ignored me and proceeded to prepare another customers order and take it out side. He said not a word to me for five minutes and the when I ordered, all I got was some mumble and had to ask twice untill I finally got what was the price of the order. My dude couldnt even work up the energy to respond when I said have a good day when leaving. One star

Horrible. From the time the worker looked at me through the window until the time I handed her the pizza back and asked for a refund she was rude! So rude I have never been served so crappy in my life! My crazy bread was burnt and hard as a rock, when I asked for fresh bread she looked at me as if I was the scum of the Earth and basically slammed the window on me. When she came back she said "pull around". Excuse Me?? I am your paying customer I dont take demands thank you!!!! Bye!!!!!!

I went there a couple of times and had to wait a little while. They seemed to always be busy. The most recent time I went was the worst and I will most likely never go there again. The one on Semmes always has a ton of people going to it, but they are always quick to deliver. This one on the other hand was taking WAY too long. Even the guy that was at the register waiting to order left and he was waiting even longer than I was.

I ordered an ultimate supreme pizza, there was none made, I was told they could make me one, it would take about six minutes, after about 12 minutes, they brought it out she said it was a three meat pizza, because they did not have any vegetables. I told her no I did not want a three meat, I ordered a supreme, she said I am sorry and walked back into the store. Very rude attitude.

Instead of running my card and handing it back cashier left card on counter accessible to anyone that walked in. Was told it would be three minute wait for crazy bread but still nothing ten minutes later. Went in to see what hold up was and was told it would be three minutes again. Apparently they gave the food I paid for to someone else and had to cook another order for me.

I ws just turned away because i had 5.50 in change.All of the change was in dimes,quaters,and nickles . Little caesars,please get someone who can count.Oh and she turn me away rudely. She sucked her teeth and sighed so much before she said she could not take the change. I usually come here a lot and this is first time i had change . i wont be going to this location again.

I ordered a supreme hot n ready and they were out of mushrooms and sausage. So I order wings and asked them to mix the buffalo sauce and parm garlic in the bowl. She tells me it against the rooz. I ask her for a roo book. She tells me I can call corporate so I ask her her name, she tells me I am refusing your service and slams the drive through window on me.

This place is going down hill fast. They never have food ready, its always gross when they do, and they are amazingly always out of bottled water and napkins. We have too many other good options here, dont waste your time/money. Believe me, its not even hit or miss. Its always a miss.

Just waited in line for 20 mins to be told all they have are cheese pizzas. Every single time I have been to this restaurant it has been out of something to complete my order. Whether it be a sauce or pizza. Just absolutely ridiculous!

I will NEVER buy from this establishment ever again as I just received the saddest excuse for a pizza Ive ever seen. Whole "pieces" are just bare dough and the whole pie doesnt have ANY sauce on it. Pathetic.
