Someone on the staff sorting paperwork and counting money at the main counter ignoring customers waiting for another employee to take orders while being the the way completely. Employees complaining and mimicking other employees... At least the one that did take my order was sweet and gave me extra agave packets for my tea.

Typical Starbucks .. hard to get to if youre on the opposite side. You have to know where youre entering. I recommend turning into the Jimmy John entrance than looping around the parking lot its usually packed so be careful when youre driving in. You can use your Starbucks app too

Worst starbucks yet. Maybe instead of just talking to each other about jokes they may want to pay attention to what they are handing customers and when someone has to go back not think its funny. This is the 4th time and last one for me.....im not coming back to this one

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Just sat in drive thru for over 18 min w out a single car moving. Once is tolerable two and three times more Shame on me for coming back. Lake street addison is the very best ever!

Me and my husband had some issues with the new hardware that we bought from this shady company. So we call and we ask to speak with the owner. The women was so rude i think her name is maria she CURSE my husband!!!!

This store opens at 4:30am. Great for us early birds in need of a morning boost. Very friendly staff. Location is a bit of a bugger to get in and out, however there is a traffic light to keep it respectable.

Ordered a skinny caramel frap. Not sure what I got. Either the caramel sauce was bad or they made it completely wrong. I threw it out when I got to work. Never coming back here again.

nice place but the parking situation is horrible when it gets busy. the drive through line can end up blocking you into the lot.
