So...this by far is the best starbucks out of the 4 locations in the area...everyone that works there is polite and all make an awesome iced coffee and Frappuccino...all except for Andi or Andy or however she spells it....she is not friendly, unless im the only lucky one she seems to not like (feeling is mutual) Andi will screw up your order and blame you...not even taking a hint of responsibility she messed up your order. Also, when she makes my coffee or Frappuccino, it always tastes bitter and crappy. I wish she would get transferred to a different location...btw she also was the same way on 159th and Wolf. This would be the most perfect Starbucks if not for Andi or Andy....hmmm...other than her this starbucks is awesome and everyone that works there is friendly and professional.

Been meaning to drop a word on this location. My only choice for a good coffee and good service in Orland. I could go to the other place that "we all run on" if I wanted to pay almost the same per oz for burnt coffee. But Id rather go where they know my name, know my order, make it fresh, make it exactly how I want it, and leave me completely satisfied. Props to Andy for her hard work and constant positive attitude.

Honestly the worst Starbucks I have ever been. Maybe Im biased because I spend most of my time in the city where the Starbucks are always on point, but here the wait time is on average about 15 minutes for a drink, they always seem to be training someone new which adds more time and more often than not they are out of something basic/important.

*NOT INSIDE OF TARGET* This Starbucks is located across the street from Target. One of the best starbucks I have ever been to and also the biggest starbucks I have ever been to. It is very big inside with lots of tables and places to sit. Can get chilly inside sometimes so bring a jacket even in the summer time. Nice large outside patio.

Ive been here a few times where Ive received a free drink because they thought I was in the drive-through line too long. I dont know if Ive ever been to another SBUX thats done that. The inside is always packed, but still clean, and the service us awesome! :-)

One of the best Starbucks Ive been to. Great spacious layout. Employees are friendly and seem good at remembering the regulars. This location has the Clover coffee machine for those that like the Reserve blends.
