I go to this location on a regular basis. Today they handed me a scalding hot cup of coffee with a lid that was not secured and had the coffee spilled all over my hand. When I was asked if I was okay, I told them no I was in pain. I was not offered a cool rag to ease the burn. All I was told is they would remake the spilled coffee. I had to ask for the managers card. When this happened I was offered a $4 gift card. The lead on duty refused to come to the window to talk to me. I understand accidents happen but when it leads to your customer in pain your procedure sucks.

The new Starbucks, in its own stand alone location, has THEE SLOWEST INTERNET. I ran the Google speed test, and it tested 50% WORSE THAN DIAL-UP. Thats right, old school dialup internet is TWICE AS FAST than the internet at the newly constructed Starbucks at 143rd and Bell.

Starbucks has no idea what an espresso is and they cannot make a good cappuccino either, but if you want really strong, bad, coffee then this is for you
