I was amazed by the spacious restaurant when I walked through the door. Amazing host stand, bar area and dining room, wonderfully divided to make you feel like you are in a private setting. Amazing patio. Even the restroom is big (wonderful body mirror). It was my first time dining there, I was there for lunch and the sound doesnt travel hat much so you can enjoy a decent conversation with your companion without being disturbed by other noises. I had a shrimp appetizer that was incredible, but my main course the Ravioli Oxtail was not to my liking to say the least. Not appealing at all. I had to return it. And I expected the staff to get annoyed by me (I am a very high maintenance customer) but they did above and beyond to accommodate me. Even the manager came up to me and made sure that the food Im getting is to my liking and customized a meal especially for me. He made sure it comes out on time and made sure to bring it out for me. The manager seemed very involved in the restaurant, starting from helping with tables and prepare tables, run food, and be in the kitchen and on the floor making sure everything is ok. As of the desserts, I had the Creme Brule which had too much sugar crust and the creme was chunky and watery. My friend had the Tre Gelati which was incredible. All of the flavors are amazing, but my favorite was the Banana. Will definitely get that next time. The service really amazed me. Starting from the hostess that was very polite and friendly and had a beautiful lovely smile that made you feel great, and the great busser Fernando who made sure all the time that my ice tea and coffee (which taste great by the way) are full and the table is clean, and the great food runner Fabien who seemed to be working very hard bringing food to the table and be kind and polite. It seems as though people really care about the customer, and that means more then the food itself. And my server Juan had real good energy and I felt the care in his tone of voice and gestures. He is knowledgeable and kind, and was very accommodating and genuine. I will not go back for the food, but will go back for the service an great atmosphere. Carlucci made my day off work a real pleasure.

Male bartender had an attitude and made a cosmo incorrectly. Had female bartender make it and it was wonderful. Male bartender preceded to have an attitude when asked about the beer on tap. We let it go, went and ordered dinner in the dining room. Wait staff was wonderful and we ordered our dinner. The lobster bisque soup was basically broth, risotto was on special and had NO flavor at all, and the 3 ribeyes that were ordered were tough. We were just going to let it all go, since we were having a nice time and enjoying my birthday. Before I arrived my daughter brought a round ice cream cake to celebrate. She asked the staff to put it in the freezer and hold it until dessert. After dinner the waiter brought out this melted mound of mush! It never made the freezer. I asked to speak with the manager, out comes the male "bartender" from earlier, which now we find out is the manager. He stated that the only thing he could do is maybe give us a free dessert and then he rolled his eyes and walked away! We spent over $330.00 on a meal that was mediocre, a ruined ice cream cake and a manager who has no customer service at all. Awful experience, rude management

This is the WORST place I have been to in a long time. We were there for a party and the bartender was our server and bartender. His attitude was terrible and his attire was so laid back that the bus boys dressed better. He did NOT know how to wait on tables. At one point came by and asked my husband if he wanted another drink and never brought it, 15 minutes later he ran by our table and asked if he wanted a drink, my husband said he was still waiting from the first time he asked. We had to ask for a plate to eat our appetizer, my food was COLD and the vegetables were over cooked (mush). My girlfriend had a hair on her plate. We were never asked if everything was to our liking and never asked if we wanted anything else nor any desert (not that I would have eaten any). I stated my complaints to the GM Gesti Mesi and he made it seem as if it was my fault and he had a smirk on his face the whole time I was stating what happened. The customer is NOT right at this restaurant. These are just a few of the inappropriate so called service that we received. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. I will be sending a letter to corporate.

I was recently there for party I would say nice ambience. Nice location. Seemed clean. The food was not very good the service was awful I felt bad for my friend who paid some good money for this party. You waited 20 to 45 minutes between each coarse. Just to get a beverage I waited 1 hour. The pasta was very undercooked. The salad (ceaser) only had lettuce and dressing that tasted like fish no tomatoes nothing oh yes they had croutons that were on there they were so hard they wouldnt even break after trying to grind then down. I rarely leave a bad review on any place but I wouldnt recommend this place to no friends or family members Nor would I ever go back there, I dont care if it is a small meal or a party or wedding I wouldnt waste my money. Time wasted and I did have high hopes for this place before I entered there looked on line and seen how nice it was and the menu looked so good. Unfortunately that is not what I experienced.

Are you kidding me ? It was one of the worst experiences we had going out , and we go out a lot. They had an air conditioning problem , yet nobody came over to the tables to offer any type of retribution for the conditions in the Butterfield location. The staff was just as overheated as us, yet no managers came over to give us some satifaction for an unpleasant evening. The only place in the restarant that was cool was the bar area and that was overtaken by somebody having a "50th" birthday party and there was nowhere to stand. They were suppose to be in a private party room but took over the entire bar. I went to talk to a manager , but they apparently all ran for cover , or outside , where it was a little cooler. I thought the Carlucci name stood for something , but apparently Ill get better service in White Castle next weekend. Like the Beatles said " Hello Goodbye". Itll be a long time to get over this one unpleasant evening!
