Food was great, beer was amazing, but service was awful! One of the most unwelcoming/awkward atmospheres Ive ever been apart of. Tables around us had dirty dishes on them for about 20 minutes with no guests seated. Took about 25 minutes to get our waters/beers out. Our server was no where to be found the entire time...wasnt too busy either. We had to flag down staff (which were all on their cell phones by the POS stations or chatting with the GM behind the bar in the corner) to get our server back for other orders every time. Second time I have had awful service at this location so decided to post. Please RAM train your employees to be welcoming, organized and appreciative of business ( exp. saying thank you when dropping off/picking up the bill). My money will be going to Rock Bottom when choosing a chain brewery from this point on.

Food was terrible- couldnt even get the garlic fries right. I got chunks of uncooked raw garlic on the fries and without any seasoning. I also ordered spicy wings but they made them super sweet and dry. The wings were super cold as well. Our waitress messed our order up also the first time giving us boneless wings instead of regular wings and when we told her the wings were incorrect she took our fries back instead of waiting for us to finish speaking. We also ordered a drink which was extremely sweet and undrinkable. It took 40 minutes to get our drink and food! We didnt get water served to us until we got our food and we had to ask for it!. We left without eating anything. Worst dining experience ever!

I got for dinner Whiskey Chicken $14. I must say it was delicious but kinda small portion. I had also a beer sample. Usual taste of beer nothing extraordinary or wow. Service was not too good. I must say below even average. In a period of around hour and half we spent there, we had two different servers. One was probably finishing his job because he was not too often by our table. Place wasn’t busy at the time of our visit so I will expect some more attention. Sitting a long time with empty glasses wasn’t nice. And there was not even anyone to ask for more. There were not showing up more than once in a 20 minutes.

The food was ok but the service was terrible. The restaurant closes at midnight but they were already turning on all of the lights and trying to kick us out at 11:20pm. From the moment we arrived they made us feel very uncomfortable and brought the dessert before all of the food. We were served warm beers and cold wings. You could tell the waitress was highly inexperienced and unprofessional. The restaurant was pretty much empty so there was no excuse to rush us out and we will not be returning any time soon.

Never again... average food... me, my wife and two of my kids were blamed for stealing two bottles of beer. We brought two one gallon bottles for refills and they somehow wanted to charge us for them by manager, they told us we did not bring any bottles for refills. Bad customer service by manager at that time. We requested to view camera recording to prove it, but manager said they dont have cameras in restaurant, which is lie!!! Stay away from this place, it is not family friendly restaurant!

This place is great! First of all they have a seasonal Mexican lager that is really tasty. The house salad is actually mixed greens with quinoa and the most delicious cherry tomatoes. The creamy vinaigrette is delicious! I ordered the all american burger (veggie) and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, the wait staff extremely attentive and overall a great experience. Would recommend to anyone for a casual night out.

Ive been to a couple of the Ram restaurants, and the one in Schaumburg wasnt anything special. Their bar tender was a bit dry on humor and social skills. Yes, their beer tasted the same from the other few I had been to, but their mixed drinks were a bit watered down. The food was good, about what I would expect for the Ram. Overall, my visit to the ram wasnt very memorable and I probably wont be going back if Im in the area.

Burgers were amazing. The Italiano was a flavor explosion! Unfortunately it was also kind of an exploding mess, lots of wet ingredients and deconstructed on the first touch. Messy as all get out? Yes, worth the face covered in sauce? ABSOLUTELY!!!. Cole slaw as a side option was a nice change, lots of flavor, red onion, cilantro, but a little heavy on the mayo laden dressing. All and all very worth it.

Starting off, the service was slow. Once we made contact with the waitress, it picked up a bit. Beer is good, but nothing unique or especially good which would make me want to come back. Food was meh, about what you would expect from a chain restaurant surrounded by hotels and a mall. The waitress never refilled our waters. I like having water with my meal and beer. The restrooms were clean.

Ive visited twice and been happy both times. Its mostly American fare but different - I had a German sauerkraut sausage burger and the beer sampler. Prices are moderate between $8-18 and decor is nice, subtle but also had large TVs for sports. Definitely a great casual place for traditional American food with a twist.

Have been passing this place by for years and finally decided to stop and try. Tried their seasonal beers and was impressed. Prices were a good value. The Nitro Chaos imperial stout hit the spot in flavors and had an ABV of 11.0. Enjoyed the burger and fries . Will be back for the good selection of beers.

Very nice place, appetizers were awesome, I was bolder then I should have been and my main course was too spicy for me, they didnt even blink an eye as they took it off my bill for me, and it was my own fault for ordering something spicy! Desert ice cream cupcakes are awesome, personal ice cream cakes!

Slow service -- the waitress was handling half the restaurant by herself. What was management thinking? When my food finally came, it was the thinnest piece of chicken Ive seen. They took a regular chicken breast and filleted it in half. All for $11. What a rip-off. Wont be back.

I ordered the Cedar Grilled Salmon with quinoa rice. Great flavor and cooked perfectly. I also tried their Chicago Blonde beer. Very light and had a nice lemony flavor. The menu had a lot of good options and they are all reasonably priced. They even have several gluten free options.

71° Pale Ale is delicious; however, their salmon is the fishiest blob of yuck Ive ever had. The outside & inside were the exact same bright orangy-pink, a sure sign its color had been aided somewhere along the way. Great place to watch the game, but dont go for the food.

Very mediocre. The burgers werent bad but overcooked and somewhat lack luster. The beers, tried all of therm, were underwhelming and lacking body. The only good ones being the 71 Pale Ale and the Barefoot Wit. Not bad but not worth the price or the wait.

Server was nice and attentive. Food not so good. My coworkers burger looked ok. My fish n chips was terrible......batter was grease filled and was obviously frozen bulk pieces. Summer wheat beer was good. Overall would not return here.
