They NEVER get the order right EVER! I have been coming to this potbelly for damn near 10 years now and over the last year they have hired nothing but ignorant blockheads that cant follow a simple sandwich request! Every single thing I have ordered over 5he past month has either been kind of gross in quality or completely not what I requested. Ive even sent my wife in to order because I thought maybe they had it out for me... Not the case. They screwed up her orders as well. Seriously this is pathetic! You have one job! Sandwiches! Im not asking you to do nuclear science here... Just make my damn sandwich the right way and edible! I guess thats too much to ask of the bone heads behind the sandwich bar. Never going here again!

Ah, nostalgia. Potbelly remains one of my favorite sandwich places. I remember hanging out there in high school. Now I wouldnt hang out there anymore, but I would definitely go to get a sandwich. The menu has changed in the past decade, but the classics are still there: Pizza sub, the wreck, vegetarian (with turkey) were and still are my go-to orders. I wish that they would open a shop out on the west coast!

Potbellys is a great place, sandwiches are on point and their line management is extremely effective. There is a sign at one that says you will not wait longer than 8 mins in line...That means they know what they are doing. Their sandwiches are quality and they have a nice little place outside to eat. Live music is always pleasant and the staff is always helpful.
