I had a meeting with a business associate on 20.Feb.08 but for some reason, my Google Maps was not understanding the address that I had typed, so I decided to call to verify the correct address. When I called, I spoke with someone who told me that they didnt know the address. I asked the question again, due to the fact that they spoke poor English, just to make sure that he heard me correctly. At that point, he hung up! I called back and said that I had called a minute ago but that I must have gotten disconnected, however, before I could finish asking the question again...he hung up again! Finally, I called back a third time, but this time, I asked to speak to the manager. The same individual replied, "No," and hung up! Well see what happens tomorrow when I speak with the manager in person.

Several of the employees do not speak a word of English...Shouldnt English be a prerequisite for employment when dealing with the public? I am sitting here now listening to some Spanish rap music over their speaker system.... Know your audience Panera...this is a reflection of poor management...Seriously!

This is my Saturday morning go to place for food. Tomato bisque and a greek salad. I think they made their name on the bread and its good everytime. Usually gets busy in the morning and around lunch but I take that as a sign they are doing something right.

I loved coming here in the summer time and seating outside. Lately its freezing at this location. I think this is it for us. We come every Monday and Friday but its not nice when you have to keep your coat on the whole time....

Ive always liked this location especially when I lived in Lake Zurich. Employees and management are friendly and food is always great. This place is also open till 10pm which is great for travellers like myself.
