This place has the worst drive through service I have ever seen. I have went there 3 times and all the 3 times has items missing from my order. The items that I am billed for but they did not care to put into the sack. Then the third time when I called to complain, the person who picked up the call just plainly said that I should drive over there and he will give a free cheese roll up that was missing. "How is it free when I already paid for it???" and " why would I want to drive all the way back, 15 minutes each way to get a cheese roll up worth 89 cents??" I asked to talk to manager and was told he/she will call me next day. They even took my name and number down. But did they have the professional courtesy to call back???.....NO, NEVER HAPPENED. I would never go back to this place and that is what I recommend for everyone else.

Well, Im happy... Im once again welcome at Taco Bell... :D After a conversation with the CEO of NJB Operations, who owns 45 Taco Bell franchises, they are removing the NO FIREARMS placards from their operations. They now realise that the signs do nothing to protect their customers and can only hurt their business and actually put people in danger. Congratulations to Taco Bell NJB Operations for seeing the truth and supporting the 2nd Amendment and Illinois law. I know what Im having for dinner...

Im a very picky eater and I only like meat and cheese on my tacos. Every single time I go to this Taco Bell in particular they get my order wrong. They put lettuce on it, which wouldnt seem like a big deal but with someone who has texture and temperature issues when it comes to food it matters. So then I have to sit there and pick out all the lettuce and its annoying. If the location wasnt so convenient for me I would go somewhere else but it is on my way home from work.

For the purpose of this review I will only rate the location and not the quality of Taco Bell food as a whole. The location tends not to be crowded except for right after school gets out and is usually quite clean. Service is quick and employees, although not necessarily friendly, are never rude. Best place in town to get Mexican food from a drive thru.

Taco Bell. Taco Bell... The bell of tacos. This is what I thought of as I was gripping the coarse edges of my toilet after 16 burritos went down my throat. Never has such pain been brought upon me by a flour tortilla. Will I wake up tommorow? I do not know... All I know is toilet. Toilet is love toilet is life. 5/5 would wreck anus hole again.

They have messed uo my order almost every time, and the staff is not very nice. I reccomend taking the 10 minutes and go to the tacobell on randall.
