NO STAR! I wish I dont have to or a star in order to write a review. I went to Burger King in 2180 North Richmond Road Mchenry, IL 60051 got me and my daughter some sandwiches. 2 chicken sandwhich and a whopper Jr. we park outside the parking lot and as she eats her burger, theres a long dark blonde hair on the sand which. We went back and showed them and then I called after that and they all pretended like there was nobody have that hair over there that works! If I can only post the photo I took on this disgusting place I would and Im going to find a way to post it. They talk while they make your food, they prepare your drinks and take money at same time, they dont have hairnets or gloves.

The food is usually dry unless you ask specifically for it to be made fresh. They do not do a good job at maintaining that aspect. The restaurant is pretty clean for the most part, but they hire very young workers, which is not a bad thing... Until they start giving attitude often.... And one of their managers Bob? He is RUDE!! Although its further away, the Elm street store will be having MY service now.

I think when someone is new to the register, they should have some one around to make sure that she is taking a order properly and can answer questions. The girl that took care of me was new and she did try to help me properly and she kept her composure, I think she was more upset then I was.

Womens bathroom he had no water no soap no hand sanitizer. And the only thing the manager Tara could do for me was say I apologize. Actions speak louder than words, handing me a wet paper towel would have been nice.

Food quality has gone to chit. 1) Change your fryer oil more frequently 2) Dont serve cold fries and O-rings. 3) FRESH VEGGIES GO A LONG WAY 4) Dont make sandwiches so sloppy 5) Dont put so much ice in the drinks

I legit thought I had been poisoned, burger tasted like it was dipped in cleaning chemical. I tossed it and just left, the place wasnt even busy for it to be a case of rushing to get an order out.

The play place is amazing! Awesome service! The workers were constantly cleaning and keeping the place tidy! They also remembered I wanted coffee and kept offering! Cant wait to go there again!
