EVERY SINGLE TIME I have come here (many times since I live around the block) I end up waiting anywhere between 15 and 30 (THIRTY!!) minutes in the drive through - the "FAST" food drive through! Even then, when I pull up to the window to get my order, the food is usually STILL not ready and I have to wait a few more minutes. Its absolutely ridiculous. If there was another Taco Bell near by for me to go to I would not go there anymore, but there isnt and I love taco bell (the food, but not the service). I would give more stars because the food is usually good, but the food at all taco bells is basically the same. However, on top of their extremely slow service, almost every time i got there, they put tomatoes on my orders when i ask for there to be no tomatoes; or sometimes they give me soft tacos instead of the hard shells I asked for. I dont know why its so hard to follow basic instructions, but at the Lake in the Hills Taco Bell it apparently is. I dont often take the time to give a business a bad review, but after so many times, I am getting pretty annoyed.

We visit this Taco Bell about twice a week, HOWEVER, you can repeat yourself until you are blue in the face, and they STILL cant get your order right through the drive-thru! We even EXPLAIN IN CLEAR ENGLISH what we want, but continue to get the order wrong. Then you try to call the place, and the phone is ALWAYS BUSY! I love Taco Bell food, but HATE the service. Also, they hardly ask if you want any sauce with your food, so there have been times that I have to go into the place to get some. They need to be retrained at this site.

My friends and I go here to hang out and stay for hours. Staff is great, food is great. Unlike some other TBs around town this one carries potatoes. I have an extremely strict vegan diet and they have never once gotten a special order wrong. The staff will not judge you if you ever decide to order ten tacos just for yourself. Long live TB.

Super slow service 20 min wait for the drive thru JUST TO ORDER! An additional 15 minutes wait after we ordered. Half ass apology for the wait. Useless employee standing there wiping down the tortilla press for 10 mins while there is a line around the building. Avoid this location at all cost and go to the one by spring hill mall.

Very unhealthy, but very good. Addicting food but horrible service. Im a vegetarian and when i ask for beans instead of meat, i always have to ask if theres no meat; and even if they say "No, there is no meat" i have to check, because half the time there is meat. BELOW AVERAGE

Im not a regular to taco bell but Ive lived in the area and have gone to this Taco Bell a handful of times. The new renovations are really nice and my visit today was accompanied with great service, fast delivery, and accommodating help from the staff. Great job!

The worst !!! Havent had Taco Bell in a few years. Ordered a 5 Layer burrito and a burrito supreme. What I got was slop in a tortilla . Had to throw them both away. The worst crap I have ever eaten. No lettuce no cheese just ground beef slop. Yuck !!!

Always take drive through. Very good staff. I went in one time. Lobby was not cleaned. But had a funny experience with watching this older woman customer interact with these young teens and talking about how her kids friends thinks she is hot. Haha.

Been waiting for 25 f@#$ing minutes in the drive thru! Are you kidding me!? I can see inside and the store is not short staffed. No reason at all for a drive thru to be this backed up. Unacceptable!

Food is ok. Prices are very good. The place is very cold, so bring a jacket in. Manager Danielle is FANTASTIC. She accommodated all changes to their menu that my kids wanted.

Very slow. Every table in the restaurant is dirty. Are they busy yes, but its 130 in the afternoon on a weekend. You should expect that and be staffed adequately
