Wont take any order over the phone and claims to be busy when there is no customers in restaurant. Management needs to step up they claim many times they will however over the years I have ordered from this Chipotle they clearly dont learn. example: - yesterday I call to order 2 bowls exactly the same I tell them over the phone and I am told they are to busy just to come in. Fine so i am in car about 2 blocks down when i called only to arrive and see 3 -5 cars and 2 people eating in entire restaurant. While on phone she also made a point to tell me they were under staffed which i would have believed since holiday just passed but there 5 employees huddled talking to eachother doing nothing. That to me is just sad and makes me wonder if they like making money or just like losing it. I just drove home and cooked which is better anyhow but still the point is made.

Excellent customer service! I was having a really bad day the last time that I went to Chipotle in Crestwood, but they honestly made me feel so much better. I dont eat meat, so I frequently eat here because of the Sofritas option. The workers were all very cheerful and pleasant to be around. The food was hot and quickly prepared. When I went to pay, they told me that it was on them! I was so surprised and grateful. That little act of kindness made my entire day! Thank you Chipotle!

This has to be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Lack of hearing, lack of leadership, & lack of giving a sh#%! Ordered a simple Softrites, brown rice, burrito bowl no sour cream & lettuce medium salsa with a tortilla on the bottom. I get a a burrito bowl with sourcream & a tortilla wrapped in aluminum foil that is all stuck together. last visit ever & I work right down the street.

Location sucks. Only been once and thats all I need to make that decision. Ran out of product and instead of waiting for fresh product...dumps remnants on bowl and acts as if its ok. When asked if they had anything fresh coming up, the answer was "NO". Needless to say..thats my first and last time spending money at that location. Purchase date 10/30/16 7pm

I have always loved Chipotles food and service but I can only ly say negative things abiut this location. If you want the same low quality service and poor attitude that Walmart is famous for then by all means visit this location. I have opted for other food options over this location due to the AWEFUL wait times and horrible customer service

Went in an hour before they closed people still walking in behind us. Sitting here now eating a cold burrito bowl. The only thing they refilled for us was the steak and some piece were a rough chew. Asked for the tiny bit of guac left, not even half the scooping spoon, and they tried charging us for 2 guacs. Super disappointed in the service.

This location is horrible. I went with my family and order 3 burrito bowls. The girls behind the counter gave us half a spoon of everything. We ended up with half a bowl. They were rushing us through the line. When we got to cashier she had my combined my bill with the customer behind us. Never visiting this location again.

Terrible. My sister and I each ordered two chicken burrito bowls. What we received were bowls with two little scoops of chicken. Definitely will be going to a different location. If your re having trouble deciding how much meat to give everyone use a measuring cup or spoon. This was a rip off!

If I let you know that you made my order wrong, I dont need to receive backlash for it. Simply make it over and we can move along. There is also no need for back talking from others who arent servicing me. Ive been to this location twice and birth were horrible experiences. I wont be back.

They need to inform employees the cost of onions and peppers are almost nothing compared to proteins and cheese. Less likely to return to any Chipotle that seems stingy. Mod Pizza or another Chipotle. I dont eat beans, extra onions and peppers shouldnt make me BEG. Skip this location.

Service is slow. Theres no sense of urgency. I go after the lunch crowd so I dont have to wait and Im waiting while the workers slowly walk back and forth refilling the empty ingredients. Food is great with good portions. The manager is always hustling though so he is trying..

Really a let down, this Chipotle is far being up to par with other Chipotles. Service is slow, food isnt prepped properly. I could go on for days. Only good thing about this Chipotle is that theres rarely a line out the door unless theyre waiting on food from the grill.

Some employees show no enthusiasm whatsoever. A particular male worker always gets the order wrong, mistakes the mild salsa for medium, even sweeps under my feet while sitting down to eat! A little appreciation for my business would be great.

today I waited 20 min for a bowls. Said the steak will be done in 5 min, so I waited. finally get my food and the steak is raw. then my bowls gets tossed as Im waiting. I give up on this location, never had worse service

This location is terrible. The staff are not friendly, they never have lemons, always trying to skimp on food portions, and half the time the chips are stale. Ill just drive the extra ten minutes to a different location.

Ive been to this store several times. Staff is nice and give generous scoops of food into bowls I order. Ive ordered on line a couple of times: everything was correct and ready to be picked up when promised.

Good spot to grab a quick lunch when passing through the area. A bit more comfy than some other Chipotles, and the same tasty food Ive come to rely on. Good vegetarian and vegan options of course.

I ordered a Steak Burrito but received a Burrito Bowl instead. Furthermore, some of the steak was cold. The rice wasnt fully cooked either. It was a bit hard. They need to sort these things out.
