Horrible experience, not even worthy of a star! My family arrived at the restaurant and was seated in a timely manner. Once seated, we were completely ignored. We waited and waited and waited some more. I noticed several tables that walked in after us already waited on and some were even getting their dinners. After about 25-30 minutes a worker approached us and apologized for the wait. She stated that there was a change of shift taking place and she was asked to take our drink order. I explained that there have been several tables that have come in after us and were being taken care of, she apologized. She did bring us lemonade and disappeared. Then a family came in and sat at the booth in front of us. A waitress quickly welcomed them and took their order. Another family came in and sat in the booth behind us. A waiter came to their table and took their drink and food order. My husband and I said this is ridiculous and got up. We went to the counter and asked how much we owe for the drinks and stated that we were leaving. The gentleman asked why and we explained we have been waiting over 40 minutes and NO ONE took care of us except for the lady that just brought us our drinks. He said oh and that was it! My family has NEVER been treated so poorly at a restaurant! My kids even said we get better service at McDonalds!

I work in the industry. Ive even worked for Darden. I have realistic expectations, this place didnt deliver at all. What started with a small wait to the table turned into 10-15 minutes of a wait before our server came to us. It was a fairly busy time so I understood that. The server did an ok job. She got our orders correctly, and brought everything we asked for. The problem was we were asking for refills often. The industry norm of 2 minutes or 2 bites check back after food delivery didnt happen. Ah, so the food... It is monday everything tasted like it was old prepped from friday. Also, everything was overcooked and Im talking fettucini noodles overcooked at a pasta place... I wouldve sent it back but our server took so long to come, so I just ate it. By the time she asked, I had pushed my food around some. I responded with the food is terrible and tasted old. She responded with I dont know, I just work on this side not in the kitchen. She never got a manager. The manager never once came to our table to check on us which again is Darden policy for managers to do so. This place has workers there who are not passionate for the businesses success or the guest experience. Id recommend skipping on this Olive Garden.

Having date night, decided to visit this restaurant. Started out well until my significant other plate came to the table and the chicken Parmesan was cooked to a black crisp. Very visual to the eye. Our waitress was notified came to the table and said let me get a manager. while awaiting for the manager, continued eating the rest of his meal. The manger came apologized for the burnt chicken offered to cook another. He said no Cuz he was done with everything else already. The waitress still brings this deep fried chicken breast that was sliced like chicken strips (no sauce or cheese cooked on it) and said that was his replacement. He said no I dont want it. We got our bill, the manager took his meal off but then still charged for the additional chicken breast. We questioned this with the waitress who says "she took off 17.99 so you still got a deal" our bill came to 36.17, he gave her 37.00 cash, she had the nerve to come back to the table and say you still owe $0.17 cents. He recounted the money in front of her $37 u keep the change. HORRIBLE. WELL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

The worst place to go to. Had the worst experience with my family today ordered my food and out of the blue the waiter claims she dont understand us and brings another waiter that speaks Spanish. first and last time I go to that location dirty floors, dirty bathrooms ghetto waiters just not the best place for my family. If you want to be humiliated by your race or get the glasses of water thrown at you thats the right place to go to. Wish I could of got the waiters name but she was to busy assuming that we speak Spanish when my family and I arent Hispanic. Ps. Waited for an hour to be pointed as a race. Really disappointed at how the world has changed so much and cant even enjoy a nice dinner with your family :(

Been to an olive garden before and this location wasnt great at all. Waited 20 minutes to be seated but when we were seated there were a bunch of empty tables already. I had to ask for breads sticks , normally theyre brought out right when we are seated but not this location. Lady waited to give us drinks when we ordered food, if Im not mistaken every restraunt youll ever goto asks about be beverges within the first few minutes of being seated. Usually servers take the plates your done with as you go , not wait until your completely done to take them. Overall good food but terrible service . I dont mind spending 50+ on food but no I dont wanna go out and spend 50+ somewhere where they have terrible service.

Vegetable Spring Rolls-wrap them up in a leaf of lettuce, add some carrots and some beam sprouts with some sweet and sour sauce and you have some deep fried heaven. The spring rolls are fried nice and crispy and always brought out super hot, the way it should be. Shrimp Har Gao- Nothing like good dim sum at midnight. Freshly steamed and with the right consistency, the dumplings are nice and moist. Not dry and cracking like what you may find at a lesser restaurant. Shrimp Canapé-Crispy and tasty. We always get it with the king prawns. The shrimps arent very big so dont expect them to be jumbo shrimp just because of the name.

Went in was seated quickly but no one could find our waitress. Finally someone came took order for our drinks said she would look for however had our table. I got tired of waiting raised my hands upset. 2 people came over management I believe. Took our order snapped and called our supposedly waitress lazy loud enough for us to hear. Food came. Lasagna was burnt not worth eating. Soup was so watered down no flavor. Not going back. Salmon was small but good to much broccoli served to cover the small portion of salmon. Nope not going back! Un professional people and cooks cant even warm up food with out burning it. YUCK#

We arrived at 11:00am on Tuesday June 20, 2017 to dine in for 4 adults & 2 children. We did not get our appetizers & the 2 kid meals & our food till 12:25pm. Fried Shrimp was cold. It is very upsetting that you have to wait over an hour for your order. When you see other people order, eat & leave before you get your food. Waitress was very nice but the kitchen was VERY BAD SERVES!! Made a complaint to the manager. Would not advise anyone this place. Plus in womans bathroom was poor conditions when you just open the restaurant & stall is out of order.
