Absolutely terrible service !!! We have lived in Dyer for 15 years and never ordered here thought we would try something new. Bottom line we were told 1 hour for delivery after an hour and half I had to call them and the young girl told me "ya there was a mess up and we are sending your pizza out now" i asked to speak with a manager and she said there wasnt one available ?? Sir we are busy. Is what she tells me. I said really ? then she put me on hold and never picked back up. It is now almost 2 hours and still no pizza ! This place is the worst ! Stay away

Doreens has good, solid pizza. Their thin and double crust pizzas are really very good and their toppings are quality. My only real problem is their delivery. Weve ordered from them a few times. Their delivery is not that good. Even when they manage to get it there in under an hour, its lukewarm. Its a shame too, theyd be our local pizza place of choice if they could manage to delivery it warm and even moderately quickly.

With 4 kids, we do a lot of carryout and Doreens is always on our list! Great fresh ingredients and they offer gluten free crust which is great for some of my family. Timely delivery and friendly service. Also, I always appreciate small businesses that give back to their communities and Doreens is very supportive of local schools and sports programs. I cant figure out how people actually like this pizza, and rate it 4 stars. I gave it 2 stars only because Ive had worse. The sauce was good but nothing to rave about. The cheese was adequate. The crust however tasted like something pre-made and frozen. I will give Doreens a second chance but I wont be expecting anything different. I hope Im wrong.

Fresh good, frozen not so much. Doreens has a few restaurants in local area and also sells frozen pizza in grocery stores. Frozen pizza isnt so good. Fresh is very good, has a sweet sauce. Dyer store has some seating, but most customers are pick-up. TV in restaurant can be distracting, channel seems to be for workers more than guests.

The worst beef sandwich ever. You dont melt your cheese by throwing it in the microwave. Chicken pita is awesome, but never get a sandwich. Just ordered gyros and it was so greasy you couldnt even eat it. Fries were ruined and they wouldnt do anything about it. I was a loyal customer until tonight. Never again!. I give it 0 stars now.

Great pizza & awesome customer service. Ordered a giant pizza for delivery & it came a little smashed. The super nice delivery man went back to get us a new one. Somehow there was a confusion & we ended up getting 2 pizzas! It was a good day... Besides the nice workers ,the pizza is really good & the price is really reasonable.

Hit or miss. Food is ok not the best. I called and ordered a gyro and a pizza puff and they told me 45 minutes for pickup. Many orders have been wrong when they arrive. They will comp you, but its too late by then.

I love this place! This is the best pizza - the crust is good and the sauce is superb. Everyone is friendly and the pizza is always ready when I get there.
