This is the Worst pizza hut me and my family has been to this was are first time going to this one we always go to the one by the redline but anyway as we was walking in it was empty had 1 big table with a other family and some kids around it all the other tables was empty it was this girl waiter taking all the orders at once i can tell it was a lot on her and the pizza tasted like cardboard just dry and the drinks was nasty NEVER again will we go back here the only thing good here was the cheese sticks thats it Don`t go here go to the one by the redline i had a better experience with them over their they way better :) don`t waste your time or money here just my Real Honest opinion

Horrible service me and my boyfriend ordered pizza around 530 took two hours to be here not even the correct order I got the two medium pizzas for 6.99 and when asking for half cheese and half pineapple believe me you wont get what you asked for nor pepperoni and mushroom even they didnt give me the sauce when I payed I for it and when asked to put I love you on my bfs pizza not at all just spreaded it over the whole pizza ridiculous Pizza Hut you think there fast service please I believe that when I see it! Horrible just horrible

Placed an order online. Waited around for almost an hour. Gave them a call asking if I could have an idea of when it would be delivered. I was told my card declined and that my order wasnt made. I immediately asked why I didnt receive a call informing me that my card was declined. I was told "I dont know" -- worst customer service ever especially when I could have ordered from somewhere else but by this time it was 1230am and everyone was closed.

Man check this out im at this pizza place with the "squad" were the first ones here and right off the bat she has this negative mood. She took 30 minutes just to give us a menu and took 2h to get my food to me. During this time all i hear yelling in the back instead of them making my food. Later i wanted a refill she was no where to be found. She also never asks if were good. Youre not seeing me or my "squad" here again.

Definitely not going back! The lady ringing was clearly not ok. 4 people waiting to pick up pizzas. She came out from the back and said Ill be with you in a minute. Was she possibly helping someone? Yeah. Definitely not. She stood in the middle of the room and just looked around. Who are you hiring! Oh. Thanks guys half pepperoni means half pepperoni!

How is it possible that there is only 1 employee here? There are four groups of people here, phone ringing, people waiting by the counter and there is only one person working this whole place. What the hell Pizza Hut!

Very poor call pick up worst customer service ever order 2 fries and got them in one box and it wasnt even 4.5 oz of fries very very disappointed in this chain of pizza hut worst ever never eat or order there ever

Food is amazing, service not so much. It takes an average of 5-8min before they answer the phone. Very understaffed. Wait time for food is upwards of 90min at times.
