My son, his father and I went to lunch there and not only was the food good, but the older male manager was awesome! It was pretty busy so every time our waitress was preoccupied, the manager took care of us. He was talking to another table next to us when my son knocked over his ranch all over me, the table and the floor he immediately grabbed a bunch of napkins and helped me clean up and then said Ill be right back with a towel and before I noticed he left he came right back with a wet towel to help me clean up my clothes and continued cleaning up the table while I cleaned up myself. I kept apologizing and he just smiled and laughed and said I completely understand. Then when the table was cleaned up he came over and mopped up the mess on the floor so we wouldnt slip when we got out of the booth. I wasnt able to get the managers name but he was such a sweet heart! I love Red Robin!

I believe when you advertise something, like endless fries, stick to it! I was there and it was after 9pm, they close at 10pm. I called ahead and asked if we would be served and not kicked out if we came near closing, they said no problem. My order came with some cold fries, so I asked for fresh ones. They brought some. When they were done, I asked for some more "endless fries" of which I was told the fryer is closed? I dont appreciate being suckered in by any advertisement and not receiving whats offered. The waitress, though nice, was slow with refills and it took a while to tell her about the cold fries as I had to ask someone else for service which didnt make sense as there wasnt many customers left? I have spoken to management since and they offered a partial refund. Its been over 5 days and still yet to receive it?

I always give places a couple chances since everyone can have a bad day. They screwed up my first order, but I guess they can make an okay burger, its not rocket science. I went back to retrieve ketchup and the two hostess talking looked like I was wasting their time, but the bartender was friendly. Second time the stuff was cold. Fries cold are not very good. The last time I went with an entree and to be charged 14 for two chicken strips, riblets(total meat wouldnt even be the amount of two chicken wings) that were only warm, cold mac and cheese that tasted like it had been sitting overnight, and warm coleslaw from someone that doesnt know how to make an appetizing coleslaw, call me thoroughly unimpressed. If people ask me for places to eat, I will direct them elsewhere.

They sat us all they way in the back booths even though there were plenty available up front. I asked for onions in my burger but only got one tiny slice and a soggy room temp burger while my husband got bbq burger with barely any sauce on it. Wasnt worth it and the waitress wasnt attentive. Go to franksville on Addison instead.

How unfortunate that the manager was very rude and snobby. She told my fiance that her "ID" is expired. First of all it was a drivers license and second, it wasnt expired. Sucks that you cant even enjoy a night out because some menopausal manager. I will NOT be returning to Red Robin. What ever happened to customer service?

Despite the odd off day (we all have them), this place remains a favorite haunt. The food is predictable and usually very good, the service typically exemplary and the prices not unreasonable. Add in good allergen management, and its a winner for us.

This location is better than the ones downtown. The service is fast and food arrives hot and delicious. It is connected to the Harlem and Irving mall, so you can stop here, sit down and take a break from shopping. #CityExperts @Localguides

Extremely slow on a busy weekend day. Waited about 15 minutes before our waitresses acknowledged our table. Took another 10 min for drinks. Good was good but I just cant get passed the poor service.
