Cause they have people answering phones who dont speak proper english. And when we aske to speak to a manager so we can please order to someone who most likely has better verbal skills they hang up the phone. Plus the english lacking employee says they dont deliver when i know they do cause ive ordered a delivery from them before.ive been goimg to kennedies for a yr now like twice a week. This is really annoying.

Ordered catfish dinner and they gave me a perch dinner. I called in and they told me I was wrong I ordered perch. Thats weird seeing as how I dont even eat perch. The manager screamed on me. Will not be back. Rather travel longer to Harolds than put up with an egotistical person who cant even speak English. What a waste I had to throw my dinner in the trash. Fish was overcooked and hardly any meat.

This is for the location on 47th. DUDE was very rude. Im from out of town and was unfamiliar with the area and food. I tried to call in my order from outside because it was pouring raining. I had a couple of questions. But he stated he was to busy to talk and I should just come in. And hung up on me.

Ill never order from this place again. I kept trying to call about my order to see what time it was suppose to be delivered. The lady had an attitude and left me on hold for about 10-15mins. When my food finally came. It was a piece of rock or something in it. I just threw away upset as hell.

I LOVE THIER PATTY Melt! The total always comes up to 6.50 with fries and a can of pop your choice! Omg to die for. My boyfriend ordered a BEEF Melt it was a dollar more. I always went in to pick up the food. NEVER DELIVERED it better fresh!

I love their catfish fillets. I order from here pretty often and I havent had any bad experiences. The ONLY thing I dont like is a lot of people hang around both inside and out. Without me being a female Im just very cautious.
