Ok so I love chicken..big surprise. I love KFC extra crispy. I have a KFC less than half a mile from me. I wanted some KFC chicken but I was hesitant to go there, because I have had some bad experiences almost every time I go there. Either they are out of chicken..right a chicken place out of extra crispy chicken..or I have to wait until they cook up some popcorn chicken. Even though they were advertising it all week..go figure. So I was hesitant to go. I went anyway and to my surprise not only did they have what I wanted, I ordered received my food and got out of there in about 1 minute. wow... So today they get a good rating from me. If I have a different experience I will right it up. Larry

So after getting there at 9:30pm, the drive thru female told me (and assuming the other 2 cars ahead of me) that they "couldnt take orders at that point"...the employees were mostly sitting outside the building talking and carrying on...I called South Green to clarify the order times, and they said customers call and ask that often at night before actual close time, and that YES they can take orders until 10pm (close) as long as they have the materials...so here I am at South Green getting the food I was going to order with AMAZING service! Ill never return to the Covert location...this isnt the first time we have had issues with employees there not doing their job

Order a wing meal with double mash with gravy on the side... got all the way home to no gravy... i called and the Manger says "NEXT TIME YOU COME IN YOU CAN GET THE GRAVY FOR FREE" ... i said really and her reaction "YEAH I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE YOU WANT ME TO DO!?!" ... what wonderful management training you have... haha thats funny... they dont even deserve the one star but you cant post otherwise

Our drive through experience was pretty sad and pathetic. First off, when ordering, she was hateful and rude. After ordering i forgot i wanted extra crispy instead of original so i asked if i could switch, and if not it was no big deal anyway but she told me they dont sell extra crispy white meat!!!!!!!! Smh

When ever we call in a order because tend to have large orders we either get hung up on or they dont answer the phone and we order 3 or 4 times a month evidently they just dont want good repeat service after today we will definitely be going somewhere else

The service is slow. Extra Crispy is never done. Most that come through the drive through are asked to pull up to the front. One time I was asked if I could wait 17 minutes! They never answer the phone and frequently mess up orders

Employee had a bad cough and remained in the food area. It was bad enough that she should have went out the back door for a while. Customers were looking at one another and Im sure thinking the same thing.

Chicken was old, cold and dried out. Not to mention the service was horrible. And about an hour after eating the chicken I became sick to my stomach!!!!!!! Me and my wife will never be back!!!!!
