Yesterday night I called in around 6:40pm and ordered a jambalaya,and shrimp fettucini fondue.This morning when I opened my shrimp fettucini fondue, there were NO SHRIMP,NONE TO BE FOUND.My jambalaya was okay,the turkey sausage was burnt and both breads were burnt also.When I call it in I explain to them how I did not find any shrimp and they insisted that they added SHRIMP constantly,as if I was lying, but Im looking at my fathers plate and theres NO SHRIMP whatsoever Im helping him look through the plate While Im speaking to ASHLEY,about my order........They just insist that I just check my food before I leave.....NO REFUND,NO EXTRA SHRIMP FETTUCINI FONDUE,I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN PROMISE,unless my dad ask for it but I doubt it because he said NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN....... Typical BLACK FOLK

This place is like a precious gem. There food is wonderful. I have ordered from them often and I have never had a bad meal. The food is always fresh and hot when delivered. If you are in the restaurant you can watch them as they cook because the kitchen is open. They have wonderful customer service. Did I mention how great the food is because it is wonderful. This is a must if you are ever in the area. Tasty, fresh ingredients, plus service with a smile. The quality is excellent and at affordable prices. It is worth it to give them a try. You will be satisfied.

This place is interesting....it has a duality that I find annoying at best. The food is marginally good and the service is horrible...after waiting for an hour to pick up food that was phoned in, a number of requested condiments is missing and sometimes an entire order is missing. I would only recommend this place if you have an extra hour to wait for the food and you have an extra 5 minutes to check and make sure that your order is correct.

I called and placed an order. I was told 20 min. Got there and the girl.. And i use girl loosely. Said that my order went to the stony location.. All lies. And a waste of my gas and time. This restaurant makes you feel the fool for patronizing black business. They need competent staff like yesterday. The horrid customer service is whats gonna kill this business. Sad to say. They are a prime example of why most of us take or money downtown.

Some days they are a hit and some days I wouldnt feed my dog that s*#T. Leave the kids at home and hire someone who can be consistent in the products you offer. Also, you better check your bags before you leave especially if you had something ordered something specific. They will lie and say they gave it to you knowing good and well that they didnt. No integrity either. I will not spend another dollar there and you shouldnt either.

They give huge portions for about $11 per meal. I ordered the jambalaya and the chicken fettuccini alfredo. The jambalaya was extremely spicy, so if you like spicy this is great, if not, make sure you have some water on hand. I like spicy food, but not so spicy I cant enjoy it w/o my tongue burning. The fettuccini Alfredo was so oily,it looked like someone dumped 1/2 bottle of vegetable oil in the pasta!

A restaurant run by clowns. I originally started going to Sizzling Skillet when it was on 79th Street. This is the 3rd location in about 10 years. I recently had the Ginger Stir-Fry and is was very bland. I still decided to give them another try. I tried to call in a order. I was placed on hold for 15 mins. and still no one returned to the call. Sizzling Skillets is run by clowns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been eating with Sizzling Skillet for years and the food is always fresh and Im so glad they offer an array of dishes. I always try and eat healthy when I can and because they have such an array of fresh veggies I can count on not only eating right but having some food thats sooooooo good. The employees are always nice and polite as well.

I purchased a half order of Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo and a half order of Jambalaya and they both were tasted horrible. The chicken and shrimp in both ,the alfredo and the jambalaya were rubbery and dried out. The sauce in the jambalaya was too spicy and the alfredo sauce was too thick.

They have great variety of food that is very healthy. They dont serve pork or beef which is rare with restaurants these days. They customer service is good which I really appreciate.
