It took an hour and ten minutes for my order to arrive. I had to call back and make sure it was still coming. When it came, the inside of the bag was covered in sauce from the dish. I mean, I couldnt reach in the bag without having to wash my hands. I took the food out and it made a mess on my counter. The napkins were soaked through. I asked the delivery driver what happened, and he said (get this), "its probably the sauce." What a genius. My order was a small Mongolian chicken with broccoli. The broccoli was an extra $1.75, but I felt it was worth it, because I hate Chinese mixed vegetables (green pepper, onion, that nasty corn). There were literally 10 pieces of broccoli and, of course, mass amounts of yucky mixed vegetables (thankfully, no corn). I also ordered a small vegetable fried rice, and it wasnt great, but wasnt bad, either. A little greasy, which is something Id expect. In total, my order was $17.20. Right?? I mean, one small dish, one small fried rice. No drinks, no egg roll, nothing. I ordered here because they dont use MSG. I guess real salt (the most abundant mineral on Earth) costs exponentially more. I can find zero reason to pay $18 for what I got, save for that I was starving for over an hour. Never ordering from here again- they can miss me with the stupidity. Also, Mr. Delivery Man, you are very welcome for the $.80 tip. You earned it.

I odder from here all the time, I lIve literally half a block away. .. I usually pick up, but Im sick and my daughter cant drive and its too cold and late for her to walk. I so I called and ordered delivery. ..the guy said 10 minutes for pick up and 45 for delivery an hour later I call to inquire about why my food isnt here. ..Im right down the street mind you. ..they answer the phone saying that they are closed... ugh so I ask and they say oh the delivery driver on his way... 18 minutes later the driver calls to tell me that he is 5 minutes away. I told him that he was over an hour and 15 minutes late with my food he said that he would take $1 off I told him to keep the food I will never order from here again walk in, pick up or delivery and I actually like the food but the service is horrendous.

The people are kind of hard to understand over the phone. The fact that they only take cash when delivering sucks. As well as the fact that there is an outstanding 4$ delivery charge as well is too much. But other than that the food is tasty

Worse shrimp fried rice Ive ever experienced. They didnt bother to even season. Bland, just tasted like someone mixed rice, shrimp, egg, and a tablespoon of soy sauce together. Huge clumps of white rice. They just didnt care. Never again.

This food was horrible. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp. The rice was greasy, the shrimp were so small with thick breading. Never again. And the delivery guy had a girl in the car. The food was nasty and the delivery was unprofessional
