I think that everyone who works here takes happy pills because they were just so upbeat and friendly. The service was super fast and attentive; however I thought that the food was alright. Well actually, the cream of chicken soup I had was amazing. I devoured my bowl of soup within a few minutes. My gyros, on the other hand, was mediocre. The meat was the preformed type of gyros meat that are shaped into strips, not the chunky type you find at other gyros places. I have it for leftovers and Im not too excited to finish it....but I will because wasting food sucks! I will probably be back though if I am in the mood for a quick diner meal. I like the cozy, neighborhood diner feel and I love the low prices!

Due to my working days , I used to enjoy my breakfast with my girlfriend every saturday at one of the restaurants in the area of the northside . We tried different restaurant every week , But honestly , We couldnt find better than LITTLE CORNER in every thing starting from the young and polite girls who keep serving coffee to the waitresses who keep their smile on even after they took my order . I know I am very picky when I order my GREEK SALAD ..lol The waitresses were very patients and took my order with the highest customer service I ever met in this king of business.. Thanks to all staff of this little corner . I highly recommended this place to all of my friends and keep recommending that to everybody ..

If youre a person who likes a normal traditional breakfast haha; this is your place. The menu is pretty good. I had the basic I think, I ordered two eggs with ham, it came with toast and hashbrowns. Coffee was pretty good, and this place is pretty affordable. If you need public transportation, it is located near the thorndale red line stop. The Granville stop will work too. The 36 bus also runs right across. The neighborhood is very safe. The server was nice and friendly......update; I just got my food and damnnnnn this is a big breakfast!!!!!!! Totally recommended.

This is a favorite breakfast place for my girlfriend and I. We love the food, the staff are friendly and very hardworking, and the prices are easy on your wallet. We tend to order the same thing every time we go and were never disappointed. It can get busy on weekends, especially later in the morning and early afternoon. When its warm out, they have outdoor seating, which gives you a nice view of Broadway and the bustling neighborhood. A great place to stop on Saturdays when the farmers market is across the street.

This place is quite a charming little spot! The food is absolutely spot on and the prices are really great, especially considering how well the food is made. The only problem I had was our waitress wasnt really all there. She brought us the wrong order twice and then completely forgot half of what we ordered. Thankfully the cooks in the back were able to bang out the three things that were missing and were replaced quite fast! Great place overall, will definitely becoming back!

Ive been for breakfast, and this place is very much your traditional diner fare. Think eggs and bacon and pancakes. Unfortunately it was very busy so we were sat in a little used back room where they kept supplies on the shelves. Little surprise that most of what is on the menu you could buy at the grocery store and make fairly easily. If you are looking for a diner/greasy spoon option though, this place has good and fast service.

This place is like my second home. Coffee sucks but comforting, pancakes are brown and fluffy....and you can get them ALL day! Country fried steak is really some of the best, served with sausage gravy, eggs are always real and not from a shaken box. I come here to write, think, chat with staff when its slow and meet with local regulars. Being here is truly comfortable, like eating in your own breakfast nook

Absolutely best pancakes ever, endorsemnt from two foodie customers today. We were thrilled with the endorsement. So much more to try....mmmmm corned beef hash, egg skillets with cheese, texas toast french toast, homemade rice dish and fresh daily soups, awesome salads, coffee till you drop. Funky cool old school diner. You will love it if you love breakfast, and some brunch! a

You could go to Nookies or Cellars Bar and Grill for brunch if you want to pay $12+ per omelette or you can go here. Im a simple person. As much as I love Eggs Benedict, I can go for a simple two-eggs and hashbrowns any and every day. The food is good and very inexpensive. If youre looking for a "no frills just breakfast meals" place, then I strongly recommend this little diner.

It is the worst feeling to be rushing and looking for a place to nourish yourself on the way. Clearly this place is a local favorite, and I wasnt one. Right as I walked in I felt like I was disturbing the natives because the three older gentlemen just stopped talking and there was an uneasy silence my entire time there. Ill just leave it to the locals. Enjoy

Quick, easy and friendly. Not too complicated... Its just breakfast and lunch. I dont always need to be wowed, sometimes I just need what if make at home myself but way too lazy to do so or because I want to relax and not rush to eat after cooking. If you are in the neighborhood check it out for simplistic but good food.

I spent a few hours here on a weekday morning relaxing and goofing around on my phone. Great food at good prices. The omelette came with grits AND pancakes. It was carb heaven. The staff were friendly and the counter was comfortable. Ill be back again.

Classic Chicago diner experience, right down to the blue-collar Russian customers. My only complaint is that their potatoes are sliced rather than shredded hashbrowns. Open early, always friendly -- my kind of place.

Food is good, wholesome and very inexpensive compared to other neighboring restaurants. Good old fashioned comfort food- not too fancy, not too shabby, decor needs some work but they deliver a great result for less.

Low key dinner with incredibly nice wait staff. I always get the same thing there: hot coffee, two eggs over easy, hash browns and white toast. And I always walk out of there feeling really full and satisfied.

Great value for the food! If youre looking for an old school breakfast/brunch diner that serves good food and isnt upscale, this is it. I definitely enjoy the pancakes and the simple menu.

The bare minimum...is what you get with place from the food to the manager Joe with the mean face to the bathrooms etc etc...below average and you get what you pay for with this place
