Never experienced such horrible customer service before. First off, delivery guy forgot my smoothie so he took $5 off my meal (not a problem). Then once I open the bag I realize the entire order was wrong so I called. A worker said she would figure things out and call me back because she had my correct order right in front of her. I finally called back after an hour of waiting for her and she said the food was on its way... so I waited another hour. Never recieved any food so I called again only to have her say, "we never had anyone else say they received the wrong order so we have no mixups on our end". I was definitely furious and demanded my money back. She told me to call the delivery man. So I called the delivery man, which was a horrible experience... he kept telling me I got the correct order, I just never got the smoothie. I asked him if he had ever heard of customer service after he literally argued with me over my order lol. I placed my order at 10:30pm.. it is now 2:30am and he just now brought my money back only in exchange for the incorrect order he first brought me. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont ever waste your time with this place.

This place is garbage. I only order from here late at night when everything else is closed and I am starving and drunk. They definitely rush to crank out the food when it gets busy and dont really seem to care about the quality when they send it out. The only thing I would eat here sober would be the potstickers. Everything here is over greased and over salted. And BTW, I would hardly consider what they serve here chinese food. Anyone who thinks this place serves good chinese food has no idea what chinese food is. On one occasion I had to get the egg foo young for the sake of trying what this mysterious made in the USA creation was. Turns out it is an egg sponge soaked in oil. If youre wondering why Ive ordered here as many times as I did, its because Ive been drunk and starving at 4-5am on multiple occasions and they deliver.

The food is very cheap, especially considering its West Loop location. A Yum Yum Box costs about $7, comes with a soda and eggroll, and is more than enough for one sitting; I often stick it in the fridge and use it for lunch the next day at work. Theyve been pretty accurate with the timing and they have met my promised food time whenever Ive ordered pickup. The food is okay at best, most of the lunch specials taste the same. Some lunch specials use the same sauce/gravy, the only difference being the vegetables used. Some of the food is also really oily, sometimes excessively so. Its good for eating on the cheap or if you have a craving for food thats vaguely Chinese. Ill probably order food from here again next week.

Ive been to yum yum A LOT. Do not go after dinner time. The quality is soooo bad after 6-7. They dont fully cook the food and use leftover ingredients it seems. Honestly during the day its a decent Chinese food place. After a certain time the quality shifts to dog food. Dont call and argue about the quality of the food or getting a new dish if its bad. They were ignore you. Me and 6 friends got severely disappointed tonight and it may seem like a gut reactions, but like I said Ive been here a lot. I use to say it was 4/5 stars but not after tonights visit. It was so bad it mad me reconsider the 100 other times Ive been here. Its like they lose all quality control after a certain time.

I guess they dont need business!! I called Monday to place a large order whoever the operator say call tomorrow. I called today and he refused to take my order??? He said to call tomorrow.. mind you they open at 10a and i need my order by 12p. Last time I ordered they were an hour late but I figured I will give them one more chance but no more!!! I hope the owner is reading this and is aware whoever is on the phone cost him over $500!!! I was seriously ordering TRAYS to feed 50+ people.. How is ordering same day makes sense??? Why are they in business if they are not willing to take care of customers??? RUDE & IGNORANT!!!!

Under whelmed I ordered from this restaurant for the first time 12/21/2016, I heard good things from my co-workers so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a small seafood fried rice and an order of crab Rangoon. The order with delivery came to $17.26. I was so upset when my food came, it was cold the shrimp were overcooked and the rice had an overall burnt flavor. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again 12/22/2016. I placed my order around 10:45am and it is now 12:42pm and I still have not received my food. I know this will be the last order to them.

I am only giving 1 star, because I am forced to give at least one star. We ordered then called to confirm our order and still the delivery never showed up! After waiting for over an hour, we called this terrible resturant AGAIN and were told they already tried to deliver to us 20 mins prior. This is a lie! I was outside waiting for them for an hour! To make matters even worse, when I called to explain and complain I was told to "Go try Vietnamese." I think this horribel "resturant" should "Go try some customer service!"

Got menus from our hotels front desk. Chinese Yum Yum looked pretty good so we decided to try it. After waiting almost an hour for our food, the taste was a big disappointment. We ordered two orders of chicken potstickers and ended up with some sort of meat on a stick. Our entrées were just awful. We love all types of Chinese food but this was so terrible we threw most of it in the trash. By far the worst food I have ever had.

I ordered the seafood combination rice and there was barely any seafood in it I also ordered a small chicken fried rice which seems very greasy this is my second time ordering from them and overall it was below average I dont think I will be ordering from them anymore I also inquired about what all goes into the avocado smoothie and they were unable to explain to me what all goes in it as far as what makes it thick and sweet.

The food was largely awful. I reccommend stick with the fried rice and crab rangoons. however, and itme more significant will dissapoint. Be careful about the area and being there late at night! I was eating there last night while some gang members came and harrassed my freind and I. After they left we witnessed them harrass and begin a gun wielding car chase right outside the restaurant. Be mindful!

Just terrible, not only does the food make you sick. They also will not deliver unless you are right next to them . I ordered once, and got very sick bc of there disgusting food. But I thought Id give them a second chance and they got me sick again. If you want any dirty dirty food that gives you food poisoning then order from this place, otherwise save yourself the sickness!
