Absolutely horrible Chinese food! I shouldve left as soon as I realized the guy ruining the place isnt Chinese... If you want bbq pork go to Chinatown where its slow cooked with the bbq sauce infused into the meat. Here at Plenty the pork is heated up then a sugary red sauce is poured over the top - Tasted like total crap. I also ordered steamed pot stickers, which appear to have been dropped into boiling water for a minute and served. Steaming buns takes more than one minute. Again, tasted like total crap. I also ordered beef with broccoli. It looked great coming out but the sauce was inedible because there was so much MSG in it! I could only stomach 2 bites. Again, tasted like total crap! The only item that was half way edible was the edamame, which came out luke warm but still edible.

I ordered my food at 5:27 pm on a Thursday and at time of writing it is 8:15 pm and I am still waiting. I have called multiple times over the second hour and got a different story each time: 1. I just checked and your driver is on his way. 2. Your driver is sorry that he is running late. 3. We dont have any record of your order. 4. I dont know which driver has your order. Now they ignore my calls and they go straight to voicemail. Thankfully grubhub customer service was extremely nice and helpful, unfortunately it looks like I wont get to eat before playing hockey tonight. I will never order from here again, and neither should you.

I found a fingernail in my food. I researched on manta who the owner was since I kept getting hung up on. When I asked for Zhou Wu , the owner. I was told by the one who answeres that he didnt know what I was talking about and got hung up on again. Then when I called back the same person answered, I said I just got hung up on and need to speak to the owner. When the person said they were the owner and to not call back on. My family has been going here for a year. Had them cater hundreds of dollars in food at our business and family parties. Guess they just lost our friends business, our business, and our owned businesses too. Oh well.

I had a delivery from this place! Let me say the food did come fast and hot, but thats where it ends! The food tasted disgusting and smelled slightly off. I was also greatly over charged for what I ordered! Last but not least I got the worst belly ache, from eating, that disgusting, fare, you could imagine! I thought I would need to be hospitalized! Needless to say, I would never try them again. I am tempted to notify the board of health! This is not a restaurant, to try out if you are particular about your food. You will be very, disappointed! Wasted my money!

Ordered from GrubHub at 745pm. Food arrived at 915pm. Vegetable fried rice decently edible. General taos chicken was NASTY . Chicken in deep black sauce and soggy with batter falling off. Chicken was hard and dry and chewey. Just down right GROSS ! Roy at the restaurant was pleasant on phone and offered to take care of me next time. No matter how many times I told him there will not be a next time as this chicken dish was not edible. Refused to refund or partial credit. Husband and I ate a few pieces and soon after we were both sick. DISGUSTING

Resonable Prices, Generous Portions, Great Food. I didnt appreciate Plenty enough when I lived in Chicago. Now whenever I go back to visit, I have to stop by. This is definitely not a five-star restaurant, but the food is worth the five-star rating. Its one of those unique hole-in-the-wall restaurants that locals should appreciate. Both their egg rolls and pork fried rice are the best Ive ever had. And they have great coupons for delivery if you go through Grubhub.

Although Ive never eaten at the restaurant itself, its my favorite Chinese place around. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and attentive. They make the food very quickly and have it ready in no time, Ive never had to wait for my food. Its ready the second I walk in to pick it up!

The food here is terrrrrrrible. This is really some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. I would chalk it up to them having a bad day, but this is the second time I visited and it was awful both times. I recommend going pretty much anywhere else.

I cannot give this place 0 stars, so I will give it 1. I wasted $20 ordering from these guys, I couldnt even eat it! DO NOT EAT HERE! The food is old and they over season the food to try to hide the fact that the food is old!

Hot. Fast. Friendly. Reliable. Tasty. The website is awesome. Explore the menu! P.S. 99% of the reviews posted by users who rate Plenty as 1 star, are rated as 1 star. In other words, they only post negative reviews.

This is probably my "go to" chinese place in Lincoln Square. Not great, but the options are just not there. Prices are average, so go in expecting not to be blown away, but will be full.

Mediocre food. Took three times as long as they said. They said 20 minutes and it took an hour. We got carry out. It was ridiculous.

Ignore the one stars. The food came on time, it was piping hot, and the only place Ive had better Chinese is in Chinatown.
