The woman who answered the phone BARELY spoke/understood english. I had to spell my street name at least 3 times. After hanging up, she calls back 20 minutes later to ask what my street name was again. Then 10 minutes later, a guy calls (whose english wasnt much better) and asks what the street name and unit number is. This kept going on for over an hour. We would call and ask where our food was...one time the guy said he was here, then he was lost in the neighborhood. Finally after an hour and 20 minutes, I called and asked if our food was ever coming and the woman said he couldnt find my place. Apparently, he just brought our food back to the restaurant. We were livid and SO hungry.

I placed an order for the general tso chicken, which tasted like something other than chicken!!! The only thing I ate was the egg roll and I hope that was safe... When I went to eat the chicken it tasted very funny like, and had a raw funny smell to it! I was very displeased seeming this was my 1st time trying this dish out!!! When I went to get a refund the lady acted like I Was The Problem!!! I will never ever return to this establishment even if I were starving and it was the last place left ON THE ENTIRE PLANET!!!!!!!!

This restaurant was taken over by a new person and this evening when I went to pick up the things I had ordered, she(the new owner) was very polite and greeted me with a smile; unlike the ex-owners of the restaurant. The last time I went when the ex-owner was still in position, she barely even talked to me and just asked me for the money, but this time, the "new" owner happily greeted me and politely asked for what I wanted/how she could help me with.

Delicious! I dont know if its because I live right around the corner, but Ive never waited more than 20 minutes for a delivery from these guys. The portions are always huge, leaving me with 3 days worth of left-overs. Also, regarding the $10.00 minimum.....nobody delivers anymore these days without a minimum. Just be thankful that the are not like a lot of places that require $15.00 or more. I cant say enough good things about this restaurant.

I had China Spring food last night...it was amazing! BUT I had to spend over $10.00 dollars for them to deliver....understandable IF they didnt charge $2.00 for deliver. As a business you must always cater to the customer...first rule of thumb. ITS A SHAME! NEW MANAGER! BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! BETTER PORTION SIZES! Portions were larger and more than I expected since the portions the former owner usually gave was not enough to fill me up. The woman which looked like she was in her late thirties and early forties was so much nicer than the previous one. She provided much, much, better customer service than the former owner had offered.

inconsistent may best describe this joint,had lunch specials here a few times.1st time was very good,next time very average thought it might be what i ordered so tried a 3rd time and food was not very flavored and sauce was very watery.try if your feeling lucky i guess.

I dont trust their food , the sweet and sour chicken was nasty the sauce was thick and sour , made from a jar . The chicken was cheap , and nasty the rice is okay and the egg rolls i am scared ro trust but the noodles i tried was okay not the best

This place has gotten a lot better since the new owner has taken over. The previous owner was very negative and was not a nice person. Since the new take over the service is a lot better. The employees actually smile now which is great to see!

I dont know why I keep going back to them. Tonight is my last time. Rude lady who takes orders and never wants to take a credit card. They dont even deserve 1 star. How are they still in business? Beware of very poor service.

i ordered their shrimp egg fu young & have been sick for past 3 days. i will never eat there again, not to mention the lady who works there or owner is a monster!!! they are under investigation w/ dept of health

There service is very poor. The lady is very rude and gets angry whenever you want to use credit/debit card to pay. The environment is also dirty. i will not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

We order from them at least once a month, delivery time is phenomenal, food is always good- there might be a bit of a language barrier when calling in so be patient. One of my favorites.
